It is deeply disappointing to bring to your attention that even after so many requests, our road is not being fixed. The road is in a poor state of repair. There are pits and ditches on the road everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worse during rains. Heavy loaded trucks are on the road 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Dust is present at all times.

Also after we paid the maintenance charges, we were promised that our road would be repaired. The construction of the road has also been approved, as informed to us, but no action has been taken yet.

All the roads of Ansal Sushant City, Panipat are being constructed, then why is the construction of our road being completely neglected? The infrastructure is so chaotic in our area.

It's a kind request, please get the road repaired as soon as possible and provide us with some relief.

Greetings!, I had booked an apartment(H/0649) in Ansal API' Megapolis Fairway apartment project in 2009 and had paid subsequent instalments. The property was supposed to be delivered by Dec2018. However, the company did not complete the project and also remains evasive to reply. I am now looking for refund of the amount along with interest since fraud has been committed by the company.

Ansal told that we will get possession in ansal serene residency greater noida in 2014, but we still, in 2021 did not get any possession even after paying 23 lakh rupess

I have deposited 5 lac 80 thousand for flat in Basera enclave sec k in 2012.still I have not get possession.
Please refund my amount

I have booked the 2bhk (B-SF231) flat at Indore- Ansal Township Indore on 12th Sept 2020 and the amount of the flat which was confirmed to me was 17.29 lacs and I paid 1.6 lac as the booking amount.

But later Mr. Sathak Pathak called me one 30th Sept 2020 and said that the management is not agreeing with that flat final amount is increased to 18.06 Lacs due to which I have canceled the booking by emailing them and their team more than 2 months ago but still, there is no response on the email, calls or WhatsApp SMS from their management.

I want my money back as soon as possible with the interest they have kept the amount unwantedly with them even after cancelation confirmation. They are just looting people in this way.

Don't book any flats at this township. There RERA has been also suspended and most the bank is not ready to issue a home loan at this location, accept HDFC bank(don't know what internal deal they made with them)

We had booked two 'Abhilasha Home II' units - F 31 and F 32 (at Ansal (API) Sushant City, Gegal, AJMER) with an intention of early possession. However, despite several verbal and written communication about the unfinished works no heed was paid to it, leading to our extreme inconvenience and monetary loss.

Even now, after the passage of 11 years from the date of booking in 2009, no care has been taken to complete the house so that rain-water does not flow inside the rooms, nothing has been done to ensure proper supply water for the houses (a makeshift arrangement of sending a little water on tractor-drawn tankers - was not what had been promised) and even the absence of proper asphalt / paved / RCC pathways, absence of proper cleanliness and security are major concerns.

Therefore, I once again implore to be informed about the completion of the above works, so that we can get the ready to move-in homes early and have them registered.
Anticipating a quick response and also an information of how the company (Ansal API) plans to minimise our severe financial losses caused by their not being able to stand by the commitments, I remain,

Dear Sir, With reference to the above I applied for a refund of the amount paid along with up-to-date interest. RERA issue RC[protected]and ordered Ansal to pay Rs13, 67, 711.14 is 12 equal installments.RC was issued on 29 January 2020, only 2 lacs is refunded yet. Every time I contact Ansal, I am told that the company has no funds to refund.

My father booked a flat with Ansal sushant Aqualpolis in D2 tower which supposed to be completed by 2015 and we should have get the position by that time but building never completed and initially Ansal office people started to give different excuses like they dont have fund/dump yard issue at location/some issues between contractor but ultimately we came to know that land doesn't even belong to Ansal group and flat is never going to be completed. We filed case in RERA in 2019 and we won the case .As per Rera order Anasal should have refund my money with interest, Rera executed many orders for Anasal but we never heard anything from builder side and never received money.My father is 62 year old man and going through very bad financial and health condition, He is kidney patient and on dialysis but he is still fighting for his hard earned money which can realy help us in this hard time. Looking for solution/Advice to get my Money back from these cheater.

If anyone facing the same issue and ready to fight to get their hard earned money back by going some legal ways .Please contact me or advise me. Any legal advice will also help me in this case.

I Live in the city of karnal in haryana. I have two plots in Ansal sushant city karnal where i spended moey with open heart BUT the following company hasn't completed there promises. they are not maintaining the area..all the roads are condemed...no timely water supply...no maintainence of park...lack of all basic facilities..the area which was supposed to be the posh area of karnal looks like a village...please look into the matter... i have invested so much money here...please don't let it be wasted...we only need roads, trees and fulfillment of basic facilities only...we will see maintainence ourself ...please please please provide the given facilities

No refund has been made by ANSAL API Lucknow even after issues of RC by Ho'able RERA COURT LUCKNOW against the case no [protected]

I had booked a flat in serene ansals, greater noida.details are as follows-

a)my customer id is 183524

b)ref. no. of my provisional allotment letter is 84436 dt 30jun 2014

c)i was provisionally alloted 2B/R + SER unit ref. no. 0156-0-T5D(T13D)-002

at Sushant Serene Residency, plot no. GH-01, sector ETA-II, greater noida,

district gautam buddha nagar, uttar pradesh

d)i have already paid rs 900000/(rupees nine lakh only)for the above.

there is no intimation from ANSALS API on the progress on construction of the flat.i may please be refunded my money with full interest.

I have made full and final payment of the flat more than 3 years ago and visited them several times about the completion of my flat so that I can take possession of the flat. The staff at site is not at all willing to do the repair/rectify the faulty construction shown to them in the property. It is requested to the management to look into the matter and help me get the possession of the flat. My flat number is 30-05-03 at Green Escape Sonepat in the name of Suchi Garg. RERA had been released the order on 14th, June 2019 regarding refund. Order letter is attached. I have been advised to by sh Naresh Gupta Manager Ansal API to approach the [protected]@linkintime.co.in for payment of pending interest on extended FDR No.5592356 for the period 1/10/2018 to 31/12/2018 which was not paid to me inspite of several written communication but till date no reply is received from the F D dept. I have booked an independent floor unit (Unit no. Ff-3167) in your project avante/woodwinds versalia sec 67a gurgaon on november 2013. And had signed a flat buyer agreement with ansal phalak infrastructure pvt. Ltd.

After paying 30% of the cost which is 38 lakhs, in october 2014, i received a letter stating that the layout plan has been revised and i need to sign a new builder buyer agreement which i subsequently did in early 2015. Also my unit no. Was changed. Within the agreement it has been mentioned that the possession of floor will be within 36 months of signing the agreement. That means that by[protected] i should get possession of the floor.

On visiting the project site in the last few months i have noticed that there has been no progress on the structure. I also approached your sales office and met their sales representatives - mr. Vaibhav and mr abhishek singh. They have given me assurances a number of times that the work will be initiated within a few days. However they have given me false promises and i do not see any progress on the site at all.

In november 2017, ansal they told me that again the plan layout has been changed and now the project is under rera and we will get the possession by august 2020.

However i visited the site many times but there is not a bit of construction started in sector 67a.

Also i came across the news in which ncdrc orders ansal phalak infrastructure to refund buyer's money with interest for project ansal versalia.

I am continuously contacting ansal sales but there is no response from them. I request your attention to kindly solve my issue with and help me to provide my hard earned money from the builder.

I am the allotted of house 2b/267 in ansal megapolis.
I am not interested in booking any other house.
I had booked this house to stay with my parents.

Can you please process my refund.
I am attaching all the relevant papers.

The builder floors are very much part of ansal esencia in sector 67, gurgaon still no backup is provided to the builder floors. There is no provision or anyone to reach to for such solutions. But some of the builder floors have backup .

There is so much discrepancy in the infrastructure also . Evry alternate day the fuse or the wiring of ansal goes out with all the residents sufferring for hours without light.

The companies letter dated 11/06/2019 ref: fdr no.284917 as per the repayment schedule the company have paid only rs..150000/- as part payment of the principal of fixed deposit amount, rs. 5, 00, 000/-. Remaining rs. 3, 50, 000/- was renewed paying an extra 0.5% over and above the contracted rate of interest. The part payment schedule of the principal amount runs due on and from 20/11/2018
. I have always received the interest cheques well in advance but though its the month of august, 2020 i haven't received any of the due interest or principal amount. I have neither received the interest due since 20/11/2019 nor the principal amount.
I haven't received any correspondence from the company's side even.
Please take necessary action immediately. I am still in dark as i haven't received any reply from your side though i wrote several mails. My husband met with an accident in september 2019 and have lost quite an amount of money. I need the money for my sons advance studies. I am really in problem.

Please help me get back the proposed interest amount and the principal amount immediately.
