Ansal API Infrastructure Complaints & Reviews

I booked the flat no 0704-b-g/1203 in ansal api-fernhill, sector-91, gurgaon, in the year 2011 and till date i have given approx 40 lacs of payment but the company is not responding about the current status of the project and when they will deliver the flat.

No official are responding neither on phone nor on email.

Now we have no other option but to suit a case against them.

1. I was allotted a property in golf vista t-10 sec – m lucknow vide my application dated 24 oct 2011. The details of the property is as given below :-

2. The total payment done by me is as per development linked installment plan. The total payment made is rs 8, 44, 662 (30% of total amt). The payment has been done since nov 2011- aug 2012.

3. However, there has been no development of the project since then. Inspite of numerous visit to the project office and main branch of the office there was no update on the project progress.. Its already 08 years now and still no update on the project.

Sub: not received back principal amount against fix deposit.
I have two fix deposits with the said company. One is in my name (Rajeev mittal) and another is wife name (Mennkashi). Details are given here-under:
1) f. D. Deposit no. C3/84861 folio no.0067236 of rs 100, 000/- date of deposit 28/12/2012 maturity date:27/12/2015 in the name of rajeev mittal

2) f. D. Deposit no. C3/79727, folio no. 0064966of rs 100.000/- date of deposit 25/7/2012 maturity date 24/7/2012 in the name of meenakshi
We have not received the principal amount till date, almost five years has passed. We have also not received interest since 30/6/19.
We need money desperately. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action please.

Booked a flat under ansals acquapolis project ghaziabad in 2014 under a down payment plan.

Even at that time the tower was ready by interiors and lift work and other developments were to be completed.

Till date ie 2020 still no possession is given and the builder and office is totally irresponsive.

Help is sought on the way forward and immediate possession

The property was booked in the year 2010. We are still waiting for our dream house. Ansal has not only cheated us but also shattered our dreams to live in our house and deprived my in laws to have a peaceful retirement. They have created so much of mental agony to them.

Shame on this fraud builder. They are not giving the home and neither returning the hard earned money.

Request to please refund our money so that we can buy some other home in agra. Mr gaurav at ho, delhi despite severt requests fooled us by making false promises.

We booked a flat with ansal api fernhill gurgaon in 2008. Even after a lapse of almost ten years, there is no progress in work. I am paying emi for a long period now. There is no sign of contractor handing over the flat. Please do not invest with ansals. There have been several meetings by the group members having flat with ansals. There is no penalty on the contractor and no clause of contract/agreement has been followed.

I had booked a 2bhk flat in 2012 in shushant serene residency (Tower t3d) at sector eta-ii, greater noida. We were promised that the said flat will be delivered by the end of 2017 but still the said project is in construction stage. From the last 6-8 months, the construction activity has been stopped. The said flat was booked in the name of my son and was later transferred in the name of my wife. My only son expired in sept 2017. We do not have any source of earning after the demise of our son. Being senior citizens, it is not possible to run after the builder and ask for a refund against the said flat.

You are requested to kindly take the matter with the builder so that we can get a refund against the said flat

I have invested in ansal api and my fdr no. 1094729 had matured on october 9th 2016 but the date was extended to october 9th 2019 by nclt orders according to the information mailed by ansal. But i have not received any response till now and i am expecting to receive my principle 1 lac. And 60 thousand rs. Immediately.

I have mailed multiple times and tried to contact the company by call (No. Given on the website - not a single no. Is valid) too but did not get any response by now.

I am about 78 years old and i need the amount badly. We are facing financial problem in meeting our expenses.

Please help me to expedite my payments immediately.

I had a shop in orchid plaza of ansal sushant city 1 jaipur which i bought in 2007. Despite 13 years of possession, shop has become a big liability, not able to rent out as whole township lagging in expected population and maintenance. Despite such pitiful situation, have paid high maintenance cost for this shop which is more than rs 1100 per month. Very bad experience. Sfml of ansal keep sending overdue maintenance charges without giving any reply on where the money going and why maintenance charges so high. Many residends have stopped paying maintenance charges due to poor state of maintenance and high charges.
Please look ino matter.

Pl note my roof for unit no sf 224 at indore is leaking since last 7 months and ansal is not responding to the complaints. Large no of my household items have got damaged as a result of this. I have sent email also but no response
This require immediate attention from ansals.

I have not yet received the quarterly interest cheques till date for the period APRIL-JUN 2019, JULY-SEPT 2019 for the Extended/F.D. R. Nos. 1096128 as per NCLT Order. I have also sent a letter addressed to fixed deposit division of Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. dated 25th november, 2019 informing them on non-payment of quarterly interest cheques for the said period but have had no response as of date.
I am a senior citizen is a retired public sector employee.
In view of our limited source of income being senior citizen, interest we earn through such investment takes care of our sustenance.
Non - payment of the interest in reference is not only causing us lot of hardship meeting our basic needs in life but also a direct contravention of the order of the Honourable NCLT judgement.
I would, therefore, request you to do the needful & dispense this case at the earliest.

I have purchased this flat in ansal crossings republic gaziabad in 2007 they said they will finish the projection 2 years but after years they have shifted me to another small flat area by saying that the flat area has been sold to other company and now i am being shifted to other flat whose construction was in process they have shifted me to this area but after so many years till now i did not get the possession and the finishing of the flat is not done. I am very worried because i have invested so much money in this and if i will not get this flat where will i go please do something in this regard. They have played with our trust and we are forced to live in renal apartment and it is very costly

I have invested more than 14 lacs for a plot in da 2 sushant megapolis project for more than 5 yrs now.

No information, no update. Any lead against this would help. How and where to reach out with my complaint.

I have been following up at their delhi office and pari chowk office but no response. They have vacated their offices into chambers inside and no one responds.

Highly frustrating experience.

Mu father is retired bsf personnel, and with his hard earned income he purchased a plot from ansal api. It's quite painful to see people for the sake of their profit also not leaving military people.

Please it's is requested from authorities to pay the amount atleast that we have invested. We want our money back from him.

My father booked a plot after his retirement. It's pathetic to see this kind of news from such a reputed infrastructure group.

I am a resident of ansal api, army flats sector 114 mohali. The security here beats the street dogs everyday who are living inside society. I have warned them many times regarding same however i get one answer that the secretory of the area has told them to throw dogs outside.

No one can harm animals and beat them. They beat dogs with iron roads which can lead to death of same.

Kindly help the dogs here.

I am mailing you guys thinking that you would take an action against them.

If you guys could not help then let me know how to proceed further.

Received after more than six months interest payment against extended/f. D. R. Nos. 1278236 & 5178236 for the quarters october-december, 2018 & january - march, 2019 as per nclt order. Have not received the refund of principal amount of both the extended /f. D. R. Nos mentioned herein - one having matured on 18/04/2019 for the fdr no. 1278236 for an amount of inr 5, 06, 662.00 & the other bearing fdr no.5178236 matured on 08/08/2019 for an amount of inr 12, 31, 347.00 as per nclt order.

It appears there is no law in the country - even the order of the honourable nclt order can be flouted with such impunity.

Time has come indeed to pose this query to the honourable nclt & requesting the court to address the plight of senior citizens like us thrown into such financial hardships due to non-payment of principal amount of fds.

We received tax invoice call up notice for 3631-sme-j/b3-0103 in invoice not attached photograph for completion of plaster and plumbing work. I visited site plaster work not completed in unit till 25 july 2019., toilets are still pending. As per agreement only one installment you should ask & send call up notice as completion of plumbing work. We also want to know date of completion of project and handing over date for my unit already project are more delay & pl send some responsible authorized person as a ansal rep to ask about my unit no body can take call and also never give mail reply. All phone /mobile no/ tool free no are useless. Pl give reply so that i will deposit the invoice amount.

I purchased this plot in 2010 from ansal builder thinking that such a big builder might be genuine builder. Initially they keep on making excuse of dumping ground but as it has shifted i am still waiting for my plot possession in which i invested every single penny i got after retirement. I am in mental trauma as my health and finances are deteriorating each day. I am worried that if i would be able to get this plot in my life. I am shocked that how these frauds take place. Is government also involved in these frauds because how a company can cheat people of crores without govt support. Shame to our country cheaters.

I had booked a flat in paradise diamond 2 sushant golf city, ansals api in 2010 and has paid periodical instalments for some time. However inspite of frequent inquiries and personal contact the builder has not given any reason of delay in construction or handing over of flats till date. Even i had requested for refund and have deposited necessary documents more than six months back to the company but no action has been taken by the company till date.
Uprera number for the project is also not available to lodge the complaint with rera.
Kindly help and advice.
