Ansal API Infrastructure Complaints & Reviews

I have not yet received the quarterly interest cheques till date for the periods of october - december, 2018 & january - march, 2019 for the extended/f. D. R. Nos. 1278236 & 5178236 as per the nclt order. I haven’t also yet received the refund of the maturity amount of inr 506662.00 for one of the extended fds which matured on 18th april, 2019. The fact that there is a deafening silence from the said company in reference inspite of repeated reminders it proves how the said company has the gumption of violating the orders of the honourable nclt with impunity over & over again.

I am a senior citizen & my husband of 65+ years old is a retired person & a non pensioner.in view of our limited source of income being senior citizens, interest we earn through such investments takes care of our sustenance.

Non - payment of the interest & principal on maturity in reference is not only causing us lot of hardship meeting our basic needs in life but also a direct contravention of the order of the honourable nclt.

I would, therefore, request you to do the needful & dispense this case at the earliest.

I have booked a flat in s3b tower in february 2012. Flat was to be given to me within 3 yrs. Not handed over to me till date. Almost all money has been paid to them. They are cheaters. We have applied for the aasra and bharosa. Scheme and after that i have cancelled that but still i didn't get my refund. We have paid 18550. And the form number was 0284. Raseed number 1151

It's being more then 5 years i haven't get the refund. And i have complaint about this lots of time. So please refund my money otherwise i will go and file a complaint against you guys

Ansals are not maintaining roads it is in worse condition lots discomfort for elderly people, pregnant women and patients. Whole area of c block, c2 blick of sushant lok 1 gurgaon needs proper roads for residents. We had been observing it from last 4 years no repairing had done. Conditions are getting worse please take action so that basic amenities should be provided to the residents.

I have transferred a plot on re sell basis and plot no k2- 86 in octobet 2011 and it was told by ansal that possession of plot will be given within 2 years but after 7 years i am not getting any reply. This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked a flat in ansal api’s project named “basera enclave” on 17/03/2012 unit name - 3611-k-c2/0206 sector - k, lucknow but even after 6 years till now there has been no sign of construction happening there. I even dropped an application to ansal api on 16/01/2018 requesting for the refund of my money with interest. I gave a cheque amounting to rs. 95000/- (Cheque no. 335604 - pnb) on 17th march, 2012 as downpayment and took a loan of rs 15, 00, 000 from lichfl.

It is getting very difficult for me to pay the emi’s to you as neither i am getting the flat of my own to stay nor there seems to be any progress in it. So please provide me the money back as soon as possible

The buyer flat agreement dated 31.12.2013 between buyer and developer company (Ansals) was signed. Clause 5.1 regarding possession of flat stipulated that ansals would complete the development within 36 months from the execution of this agreement.

But to utter surprise, even after 4 years, ansals could not even start the construction of t5d whereas all other towers were near completion.

In the month of july 2017, i had cancelled the allotment which was well accepted and approved by ansals. Now, ansals are not responding to any queries neither to whatsapp messages nor taking the telephone calls reg. Their schedule of repayment of deposited money to tem as per above schedule. Even e-mails remain unanswered. Within the last two years they have just paid rs.1, 00, 000 in two instalments of rs.50, 000 each without any communication. They do not respond about the further repayment of deposited money. Only lingering on to say we shall pay but not paying.

I request the consumer forum to help me in getting my money refunded from ansals immediately.

Hi,
It all stated when i purchased a land in api ansal (Sushant taj city) agra.in 2012, we are allocated a plot number b-81 after a long waiting of 2 years. We were so happy that it would be dream land and we would be able to construct a house.

I personally spoke to manger of api ansal sandeep jain, where i was guided that as soon as i get the plot, i would be able to do registration and construction work in 2013-14.

However, the concern is from the last 7 years the property still under developed. It means there is no sign of any construction in all b - block.

We are looking to build our property from last 7 years. Due to this, we paid unnecessary rent living at different property. I tried to contact ansal api delhi office through phone, which is nightmare. It has never been connected from last 3 years.

I have contacted the consumer court, and ready to file a case but i was guided to put a file complain as a proof and notified to ansal which would be helpful in court case.

I would like to resolve the issue, relocation of my plot to different property in ansal properties in india, where people are currently living. I don't mind if its different state.
Or, relocation of land at different company, like api ansal housing,.in the end, its belongs to same mutual owners.
Or, relocation of land in ansal sushant taj city with compensation due to loss in renting.
Or, refund the money to me., which would be favourable from both parties.

I booked a flat in paradise diamond-2- ansal api-lucknow (Golf city) in 2010. At the time of booking, they assured to give possession with in 36 months (3 years). But after 8 years, construction of the project is not started. I am calling in his office and some mobile numbers, which i have, they are not picking my phone. I contacted him in the office, many time and got same message that " construction will start with in 2-3 months.
It is surprising that such a big company is not responding.
Please suggest me for further action.

I have also sent a letter addressed to fixed deposit division of Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. dated 25th november, 2018 informing them on non-payment of quarterly interest cheques for the said period but have had no response as of date.

I booked 2bhk flat in basera enclave sushant golf city lucknow on 10 may 2012. Flat number 3611-k-f2/0103. I paid 40℅ money. Till to date construction not has been started. As per agreement he should be given possession within 3 yrs. Till to date not a single brick laid. I visited ansal lucknow office and site on 31 dec 18. His executives told me that this project has been cancelled. I request please help me to refund my money from ansal with interest.

I am RS YADAV and i booked larchwood villa in sushant golf city phase 2 with unit no. N/1/19 in February 2014. They promised to give possession in 2017.Till date there is no sign of construction and now they have cancelled that project due land acquisition issues as stated by them. I made request for cancellation o[censored]nit in 2017 till now i have received only 5.5 lakh as refund of total 20lakhs paid to them. Now they give excuse that they are running out of funds.

I booked a plot in march 2011 in sushant golf city lucknow. I paid all the dues according to plan but still no plot developed not any plan of registry. From days stoped all methods of communication like fone and email customer care. I have send mail to customer care but both email not working. All fone numbers right from lucknow to delhi not responding.

I bought a ground floor unit in victoria floors at sector 116 mohali township in march 2012. Since today, i have not received the possession and very poor reply to my number of emails and phone calls. They always say possession will be given in next 3-6 months but it has been 6+ years now.

I would like ansal to pay interest on my deposit amount that they had for 6years and deliver the possession asap.

I purchased a plot # 413, sector 12 in sushant megapolis project via application dated 15/02/2012.

The developer have failed to deliver on contractor commitment after 6 years. I have recently received a communication from ansal's office that the project won't continue but there is no way i can get my money back.

I would like to get my money back preferably with interest.

I am a residency of ansal town in meerut. Today[protected] i was going to my relative's house near by 2.45PM by scooter, they also reside at duplex in ansal. When i reached at the main gate of duplex in ansal, two gatemen(name not known) presented there. Main gate of duplex opned by one them and he inquired about my reason of come into the duplex in uncivilized and inappropriate language but i answered all the questions politely and also advised him to use sophisticated language and present well manner in ansal society. After that my scooter choked there and not started easily then second gateman passed through in the duplex gate also using by uncultured language with myself.
Please take a proper action against both of the gatemen as soon as possible.
