Ansal API Infrastructure Complaints & Reviews

I have not yet received the quarterly interest cheques till date for the period July -September, 2018 for the Extended/F.D. R. Nos. 1278236 & 5178236 as per NCLT Order. I have also sent a letter addressed to fixed deposit division of Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. dated 25th november, 2018 informing them on non-payment of quarterly interest cheques for the said period but have had no response as of date.
I am a senior citizen & my husband is a retired & non pensioner.
In view of our limited source of income being senior citizen, interest we earn through such investment takes care of our sustenance.
Non - payment of the interest in reference is not only causing us lot of hardship meeting our basic needs in life but also a direct contravention of the order of the Honourable NCLT judgement.
I would, therefore, request you to do the needful & dispense this case at the earliest. In fact, would further remind & request you thereof to dispense our case for also remitting the interest for the quarter of October - December, 2018 which has already fallen due for payment.

I booked 2bhk flat in basera enclave sushant golf city lucknow on 10 may 2012. Flat number 3611-k-f2/0103. I paid 40℅ money. Till to date construction not has been started. As per agreement he should be given possession within 3 yrs. Till to date not a single brick laid. I visited ansal lucknow office and site on 31 dec 18. His executives told me that this project has been cancelled. I request please help me to refund my money from ansal with interest.

I am RS YADAV and i booked larchwood villa in sushant golf city phase 2 with unit no. N/1/19 in February 2014. They promised to give possession in 2017.Till date there is no sign of construction and now they have cancelled that project due land acquisition issues as stated by them. I made request for cancellation o[censored]nit in 2017 till now i have received only 5.5 lakh as refund of total 20lakhs paid to them. Now they give excuse that they are running out of funds.
Any kind of help will be appreciated

I booked a plot in march 2011 in sushant golf city lucknow. I paid all the dues according to plan but still no plot developed not any plan of registry. From days stoped all methods of communication like fone and email customer care. I have send mail to customer care but both email not working. All fone numbers right from lucknow to delhi not responding.

I bought a ground floor unit in victoria floors at sector 116 mohali township in march 2012. Since today, i have not received the possession and very poor reply to my number of emails and phone calls. They always say possession will be given in next 3-6 months but it has been 6+ years now.

I would like ansal to pay interest on my deposit amount that they had for 6years and deliver the possession asap.

I have been harassed by your employees over the purchase of plot.
I have purchased a plot at Ansal Golf Links-II Sector 116 Mohali, plot No. 80.
At the time of deal i have clearly asked your local dealers or employees about any future hidden charges and they have assured me that there won't be any extra hidden charges.
I have paid full amount upfront thru bank cheques. When asked about the possession letter for the registry...

I purchased a plot # 413, sector 12 in sushant megapolis project via application dated 15/02/2012.

The developer have failed to deliver on contractor commitment after 6 years. I have recently received a communication from ansal's office that the project won't continue but there is no way i can get my money back.

I would like to get my money back preferably with interest.

I am a residency of ansal town in meerut. Today[protected] i was going to my relative's house near by 2.45PM by scooter, they also reside at duplex in ansal. When i reached at the main gate of duplex in ansal, two gatemen(name not known) presented there. Main gate of duplex opned by one them and he inquired about my reason of come into the duplex in uncivilized and inappropriate language but i answered all the questions politely and also advised him to use sophisticated language and present well manner in ansal society. After that my scooter choked there and not started easily then second gateman passed through in the duplex gate also using by uncultured language with myself.
Please take a proper action against both of the gatemen as soon as possible.

The maturity period has lapsed by almost two years so, you are requested to kindly convey the status, when the maturity amount is going to be disbursed, as i am in dead need of the amount.

We all are service class person. We dont have any extra money to pay emi as well as rent. It is very hard money to pay bank as well rent.

I booked a flat in celebrity meadows in 2010 and made 90% payment, but till date flat is not handed over. Company is not giving any reply despite of my continuous follow up. Despite of i am presently on overseas assignment, i made a personal visit to lucknow but no one was in position to give me a suitable reply. They were just saying that the project is delayed but will be completed. When we threatened for legal action they just replied what we can we do. You do whatever you want. My unit is 3014 k/6/3

I had booked plot no. 98, sector - 12a, megapolis project greater noida in 2012. I have deposited 35% of the total amount as per company (Ansal api) schedule. As per meeting held in his greater noida office with mr. Sandeep solanki (Mob no. - [protected]) on 27.04.2017, he told me that we are not able to give you the possession of this plot on time so kindly transfer your property in plot no. 0659, sector - 01b, megapolis project greater noida and we will give you the possession in 18 months of time. On his request i agreed for the same, since than he is not responding neither on mail, phone or any other source. He is not giving me transfer letter for the same, i again visited his office on 20.11.2017 and met mr. Sandeep solanki, he again assured me that he will give me the transfer letter in two working days. But still i am waiting for the letter after almost a year. I had deposited a big amount from my hard earn money. Pls help us in getting my money back because i dont need that plot anymore as its already very delayed and till now no progress happened there on that locality which was previously promised by the company. I am a normal middle class man and my whole savings are on stake because these kind of frauds happening by the builders. Please help me in getting my money back as i am already paying interest for the amount given to the ansal infrastructure.

It has been 7 years since i bought a flat in sushant serene of andal api project in greater noida. I was promised to be delieverd in sept 2014. Today we are standing at april 2018 with no sign of delievery. Our flat is in t12b. On contacting ansal infound iut the customer number never works, the mentikned email is now blocked and i need a direction on how to approach this issue now. I wish to collect all home owners who are in this propert and let us sue this company for ruining our lives. We have given almost all the instalments except the last one which was on possession. Please let me know how to get my money with intrest.

I m 64 years old lady not even able to move conveniently. I booked flat in sector k basera enclave building c1 unit 208 in 2012 and gave 30% through cheque. But still not got property. Moved application for the refund in november 2017 told refund will start after 3 month's. It's after 4 months not got money. Required for medical treatment. Staff not behaving well

I have booked flat no.06 at 9th floor, Tower A, Apartment type PD-2 of ‘Paradise Diamond’ in the hightech township known as SHUSHANT GOLF CITY .The agreement was entered on dated 05.08.2010 and as per agreement the possession of the flat was to be offered within 36 months.They neither reply letters nor intimate by what time they will start, complete and handover possession.Arun kumar mishra, mobile no [protected].

I have submitted 30% cost of pinewood villa at the time of allotment in 2011. I visited consideration site but till date no any construction activities / development going on. I booked above villa for family residence. I also get loan from provided fund but till date no pussation or any information received from builder.
It is requested kindly handover above property and i will be submiting remaining amount as builder informed. Amount rs 1300000/- submitted to ansal.

I had booked a 2 bhk flat in feb 2009 in aastha apartments ansal api lucknow. They booked total 1600 flats of 1/2 bhk in above project. Even after 09 years, they don't intend to construct above houses since cost of land & construction cost has gone up many fold. I was completely duped by ansal. I bought the land first hand from ansals in 2006 and to date there has been no movement. I had paid more than 60% of the land sale value and for the last 8 years have not heard from them after repeated reminders. I have even complained to gda but of no avail. My dream of making my house in ghaziabad has been shattered and i have no options being given by ansal. They are sitting on 24l of my hard earned money paid to them in 2007. It is mind boggling that goi does not take such builders to task.
