I HAVE made a online perches from ANSON SPORTS.COM on 13/3/2017.the product is LIFELION magnetic bike model no 409. my order id no 1004, for that i have paid rs 8999/ through payumoney chechout system.BUT till now i did not get the product nor any information regarding dispatch the product.I tried several time to contact them to the phone which they gave in their website, but they are not picking calls yet they ignore my calls.i need refund or dispatched the product. my amble request is if anybody know how to solve this matter or where should i have to go to get solution for this.kindly inform me.BY S.SREEDHARAN.
