Hi i have ordered apparels on antgirlcollection.com website on 9th jan 2020 for rs.700. I made an online payment as there is no cod available. I have received a message saying that my order will be delivered on 25th of jan and haven't received anything till date. Now when i am trying to contact them there is no website available and contact is switched off.
I have attached the screenshot of order confirmation message
I would like to request a refund for the order.
I hope that culprits can be tracked down by using the upi id linked bank account and quick action to be taken.
