Antgirlcollection.com — dresses not delivered

I had ordered 2 dresses on 5th January 2020 of 749 RS. From this antgirlcollection.com they send messages saying it will delivered on 23rd.I had paid amount by phonepay as cash on delivery option was not available .its not yet delivered . No response to mails and now this site doesn't exist.
I want my refund and it will be great if i will get more information about what you did with this culprit.
