payment rs 1000 successful from phonepe but cesc show failed. amount deducted from bank.

I want to make payment of Rs 600 from my Bank of Maharashtra account to Indian Overseas Bank account yesterday at around 7pm. Scammed via PhonePe 1000 Paid to Fake UPI ID, No Support from PhonePe

I was scammed by an online seller using Instagram page “zoycollection01” on 29 June 2025. I placed an order for kurtas and paid ₹1000 through PhonePe to UPI ID pinelabs.[protected]@hdfcbank (merchant name: WINTEX HUB).
After payment, the seller blocked me and never delivered the product. I tried contacting PhonePe and reporting the issue, but I haven’t received any help so far.

    Transection is failed but the the amount is deducted from my bank account.

    I had done the payment from phonepe on 1/04/2025 3000 rupee, but the transection is failed due to some reason but the amount is deducted from my bank account. I had waited for 24 hr but it's not refunded yet.

    I am checheated by Phone Pe Installation Person and Phone agree to return device and refund amount but now they did not collected POS and charging Monthly and also saying not refund of Intallation charge which is installed by Phone Pe wrong commitments.
    They said, no extra Month charges after Installation and and Refund ₹999 of Installation amount ₹1168/=

    Phonepe speaker not working since 12 feb 25 and no technician available till now to resolve the issue

    Non receipt of a successful payment by customer through phonepe app

    We have not received a payment of Rs. 2250/- paid by one of our customer through Phonepe app on 28-JAN-2025.     Money hasn't been received yet.

    Basically its been 21 hours since i made a transaction through my card and paid the rent to my landlord but he hasn't recieved the amount.

    The amount has been deducted form my acc but the landlord hasn't been credited with the account yet.
    So how much more time do i need to wait for the transaction to be succesfull.

    Phonepe blocked account without giving any specific reason

    Sir/mam,

    my account is blocked and its saying it cant be reinstated..

    doesnt you think its totally unfair on a customer whose account is blocked permanently without mentioning the particular transaction which he did was suspicious to phone pe..

    Yesterday i made a transaction through using rent payment still payment not received yet, although i'm traying to contact phonepe customer care I'm not getting tele caller to ask what is the status of transaction. In india everyday lot of transitions going on with phonepe app, but they don't have customer care. RBI should take action against phonepe in this case.
