Antilog Vacations — no professionalism, worst service.

Worst service ever.
We trusted this new company ANTILOG VACATIONS and went for our honeymoon.
They planned our 10days trip in which nothing was planned properly from their side.
The worst nightmare was when we were in phuket and we had to board our cruise to malaysia. They sent some cab which us from the hotel and dropped us at some random place from where we had to look for another cab or something, we were getting calls from antilog people that please board the ship otherwise it will not wait for you.
They were responsible for escorting us to the boarding place and it was raining heavily, we had to pay a huge amount to some taxi driver who dropped us to the boarding place. The point of contact at the antilog was not picking up the call.
And then similar thing happened with us when we had to leave the cruise and take our flight to singapore. No cab was sent and there was no point of contact. We literally had to beg the local people to take us to the airport.
They do not have professionalism.
I regret that I had booked my trip from this company.
Do not have words to describe theie pathetic service.
And they are not even picking us our phone when we are telling them to reimburse our money.
