Cheating forgery and mentally harrassment

Antilog is a fraud company who cheated us and stolen our money. Due to sudden demise of my father we couldn't travel on the scheduled day after that they assured us to reschedule our tour but at the time of booking they asked us for tour money again which we hvae already paid. They didn't pick up the calls nor they hve replied the mail's. We have to file a FIR against them for forgery and cheating .
It should be kindly noted that initially they were saying that we will reschedule your journey as it was previously scheduled within same budget but now at the time of journey they are asking for money, while we have already paid whole money to you, now you are making harrassment o[censored]s.
Goair has already refunded whole amount to their account and hotel admin has been confirmed us that they do not have any cancellation charges nor they have recieved any amount from Antilog vacations . It is clear that they have cheated us and taking the benefit of our situation.
Many people complaint about Antilog that this is totally fraud companyyou cn check the review on many sites as well.

My trip to Andaman was on January 1st 2020 was cancelled due to pandemic from Antilog side I have made a payment of 1.5lakh for the trip to antilog.Kindly refund my money

Refund Flight Ticket Cancelled
Hi Team,
This is regarding booking ID AVB0034588. Myself along with my Wife went to Dubai . Return Flight got canceled due to covid19. We booked ourselves only return ticket back to India In April. We paid around 34k for Flight ticket and when we asked for the flight ticket. first they started telling that they will give only Rs 11800 and now even that amount we have been waiting from last 6 months. I have been following on the Email but i am getting only response that they will update soon about the refund date. I Confirmed from Flight agencies and they confirmed that they would have received money within 15 days as flight was cancelled by them only. Unfortunately even after waiting for more than 6 months, still they are not refunding our money and even stopped to pick calls.

Regarding rescheduling/rebooking flight tickets
Hi Team,
We would like to raise our concerns regarding rescheduling our return tickets from Dubai to IND. We had our scheduled flights on 28th Apr 21 and that got cancelled it self by airline.
When we checked with airline they are mentioning antilog team can reschedule the flight free of cost.
But we are getting difft updates from Antilog team they are saying to book the tickets again we have to pay extra 25K rs. We are ready to pay extra amount incase there is any difference in fare. Earlier we had paid 34k rs to the tean for to and from flights.

My trip to Europe was on 4th April 2020.which was cancelled due to pandemic.I have made a payment of 5 lakh 30k for the trip to antilog.Kindly refund my money

When the whole world is facing covid 19 pandemic, and all business and leisure trips are getting cancelled for safety of the public, these bunch of frauds are looting everyone not refunding the package charges. We paid in full amount at the beggining for the trip. When the travel cancelled due to pandemic, the flights have refunded the whole amount, these people are not giving our money. We paid 83920, and they are telling will forfeit 85 % of the amount and giving ugly reasons and lies for not giving the money back.

greece package taxi not provided
The taxi which was supposed to pick us from athens airport to our hotel on 9th august never showed up.. We had to pay 45 eur for the taxi that we hired
Also, the taxi which was supposed to pick us up from athens port to athens airport on 15th august never showed up.. We had to again pay 55 eur for the taxi
I have been following up since last week but keep receiving response that your back end team is working on it
I am asking antilog to reimburse the 100eur which i had to pay from my own pocket..
The driver messaged me on 16th august asking for my arrivals and ferry details which clearly shows that the driver never arrived for the pickup as planned
Antilog is asking me to submit the taxi bills.. Knowing very clearly (Considering they claim to be a very resposnible and knowledgeble travel agency) no receipts are provided by the taxis in greece

never choose antilog - cheated

Please dont book any holiday with antilog. I run travel business and had association with antilog. They were doing good in past years but now they are only into cheating. They are having serious payment issue with international booking portals, because of which these international booking portals are cancelling the bookings made by antilog 24 hrs before check in. One of my client had a very bad experience during recent london trip. I had to spend around 4 lakhs extra from my pocket to rebook the hotels and other tickets myself for my client. Once any issue is raised antilog team doesn't pick calls/ respond to emails. We have initiated legal action against antilog chandigarh (Head office) but they purposefully dont acknowledge the legal notice.

The company charged me for the following services but did not extend them:
Transfer from Barcelona Airport to Hotel
Booked non-changeable train ticket resulting in missed train. We had to purchase 3 new tickets from Rome to Venice for Euro 276
Booked hotels in Venice on wrong side from where we had to pay Euro 46 every time we had to move out.
Company is not responding to my mails.

singapore package problem

One day to go for my singapore and on last day my itinerary was changed without my knowledge and i have made my package after so many amendments and when it was finalise according to my needs, we made the payment. Now one day to go and i receive the itinerary and it was totally different from the one i have made. Soooo disappointing and such a big harassment for us. On last moment should i look after my baggage, accessories or should i look after my itinerary changes? I am feeling bad on my part that i took the decision to make my trip with antilogvacations.

worst planning in malaysia

We had a planned for a singapore malaysia trip. Though singapore trip was fine, malaysia trip was pathetic.
Driver missed us at malaysia airport & we were not having any hotline no. No hotline no or travel agent contact for singapore/ malaysia was communicated. Fortunately driver traced us at singapore. I'm sure driver at malaysia did not carry name card with him since we personally checked every name card. I had to get a cab & this incurred additional charges from my pocket.
Similarly i had requested antilog agent to keep the check out time in sync with flight timings. Not sure if this was communicated with the hotels & hotel at singapore charged me 58 sgd for late checkout. I have also requested a late check out at malaysia hotel & here too they charged additional money. There are several mail chains in this matter but no response from antilog vactions

I booked my land package trip with antilog vacation company for dubai.
But they don't have proper communication with their team so that i missed my cruise trip and day first we have dessert safari tour on that day their person pik up us at 5.30 from our hotel so we reach for safari at 6.30 so we didn't enjoy there waste of money.. 2nd day we had a palm water park but they drop us 1pm and pikup at 4 pm so that day also we waste our time... Every day their local team pikup us very much late so we not enjoy in dubai..

frightening vacation, haunted memories

We were 2 girls travelling. We booked a package for manali and shimla through antilog. The executive chahat gupta helped customise our plan in terms of attractions we wanted to visit and since were 2 ladies we had requested for hotels of our preference though they were priced slightly higher. The executive agreed to everything we said and altered our itinerary and confirmed over email that she had booked hotels. Until this point we only received our flight ticket and inspite of repeated asks we were never provided with the hotel voucher. We reached chandigargh and the driver who picked us up was headed to manali instead of shimla. When probed we got to know what antilog had made changes to our itinerary without consulting us and that too that morning when we were on the flight. We asked then to put us back on the old schedule and i told them that i had email and that i would sue them. They threatened that they would cancel the trip and leave us stranded at chandigargh. We later understood from the conversation that they missed booking hotels and hence had to change our schedule per the hotel availability.in a holiday of 5 days we spent 3 full days - morning to night - only in the cab from one place to another.in manali we were informed by our driver that a different cab was arranged for us. Antilog had told us that we would have the same driver and cab throughout. But the driver told us we had a different cab and driver for the day. Antilog had stopped responding to our calls and emails by then and we were scared since we were only instructed by our driver on these things. Even if something happened, no one could track us given the multiple changes in the driver and cab. Antilog wouldnt take responsibility since they had not informed us abt the changes. Upon reaching manali, we contacted the hotel where we were supposed to booked at, but the hotel said they were no bookings in our name. So at 11pm at manali we didnt know where to stay until we received a call from another hotel (Where antilog had a tie up) that they were expecting us there. We were happy to stay at a dirty old hotel than to stay in the cab in the cold night. We didnt know what we were planned to do. We never had any itinerary that was shared (We dont have it till date.. Lol.. It was a planned trip for something and we had paid for the planning.. Rofl) the rest of the trips held its own surprises for us. The only thing that was as per the schedule was our flight. It was one of the worst vacations. We lived in fear throughout not knowing what was in plan for us for the next day or that night. Antilog as a company would be good but the executives and their attitude towards customers is very bad. Upon paying the money for the package they treat you like dirt. Though we continued with our trip, the memories keep haunting and they way they treated us has hurt us a lot. This is especially true in my experience with chahat gupta and ankita from antilog, chandigargh office, tricity plaza. Happy to share emails exchanges on the above. Not adding it here as it includes personal information. This is a complaint for not adhering to the contract that was agreed upon and for threatening and putting our lives in danger by not planning well and keeping us informed of the driver/ cab changes.

This complaint is regarding the travel agency called antilog vacations, with whom i had booked thailand package for 10th of september, however one of the days the plan was canceled and was informed by the agent that a refund will be made, however we were charged additional amount for a different plan and they have not made refund stating the cancellation is due to bad weather and refund cannot be made in such cases.

pathetic service experience

I had booked a singapore land package for my parents and on the very first day (20sep18) they faced a problem.
In package we have been promised to give a double superior room and when my parents arrived at hotel they have been given a basement room.
I have been trying to contact the antilog vacations team to sort out the matter but every body is playing a e mail game and hence not sorting the problem.
I am apallad at such behaviour.
Will never ever book my vacations with such company... Wrost experience.

irresponsible team
V are planned our honeymoon in maldives but these people are damn waste and no one give proper billing for our payment and everyday they just increased the package cost than what v have booked at first.. And call clients only for payment especially n dead line and forced to pay the amount... But never sent the invoice message where the money goes. No response for our mails and quieres.. Terrible experience with them...

antilog vacations - nightmare for the customers!!!
We had planned our maldives trip via antilog this august. We landed maldives airport at 8 am, and the resort counterpart who had to arrange our transfer, tells us that resort booking payment was not done and hence they cannot transfer us to our resort. Can you imagine our plight at that instance!! We had made our payemts to antilog 2 weeks in advance and we hear that they had not made our payment to resort even after multiple reminders from resort.
We had to make innumerous of calls from maldives airport to antilog to address this issue. Initially no one was picking our calls, it was just redirecting to their recorded voice messages. After about an hour, post our n numeber of calls, we got hold of them and it took them 4 hours to sort this, by that time we missed our seaplane and we had to wait for another 4 hrs for the next transfer. We were stranded in airport totally for 8hrs!!! We lost our entire day due to the sheer negligence from their team. Seems they had made the payment to another 3rd party to make our booking and they had not paid the money to resort!
That thrid party was orange tourism!! When we were finalizing out travel plan, we did see deals from orange tourism and they were way cheaper than antilog folks, but we decided not to go ahead with orange tourism because their reviews were not good. We never knew that antilog would work with third party vendors to get their bookings! We thought it was direct dealings. These people got booking through these folks to have a good profit margin that costed us very very bad experience. They least they could do is to check if our booking was confirmed or not at the resort!
I had asked them to refund my 1 day stay of resort, as we totally lost the day due to them, but they dint bother to compensate even that! That was the least thing they could do, the mental agony and pain we went through for that 8 hours is anywas irreversible!
After multiple follow ups, they are now saying they cannot compensate our 1 day loss!
This is the most unprofessional travel planner company i have come across, please refrain from taking their maldives trip if you wanna have a good enjoyable trip.

We travelled to singapore for honeymoon, paid huge amount, after coming here realised that travel itinery included just the basic things and excursions, confused with the transfers and the pick ups, no customer guidance, did not feel comfortable travelling at all. Even the airline service was just medium considered to the huge amount we paid. We could have definitely saved a lot if we would have travelled without any agent or may be even with someone else. Overall the experience is poor and i wish i get my money back.

This is the worst travel agency i've dealt wid in my life...
They allure u first wid cheaper rates than other travel agencies and when u make the 25%advance payment... Then they ask u to pay more...
And what ever is included in inclusions u don't get them all...
And before bolking the package they will call u 100 times and after u make the payment they will not even pick ur call...
At the end they only spoil ur holiday...
Please never never book ur holiday packages with dis fraud company...

This company should be seriously be charged for frauding and distressing people.
Antilog very sweetly (Nivea is the name of the agent who is a fake sweet person) in march gave me a very cheap package for maldives for a honeymoon. Then she took 25000 advance booking money 53000 for flight tickets.. Flight tickets were booked for december however in the month of june-july, they told me that my booking has been bounced.. They said that the property made an error in the quote and i need to pay 60000 more.. If i don't want to pay they will refund the 25000 to me, but not 53000 for the tickets... So basically i have 53000 worth tickets and no place to go in maldives.. They left me hanging.. They took no responsibility of the error that they made because they should have rechecked the offer before sending me the quote, i would have not indulged in the maldives plan in the first place.. I have cried for days because my husband and my hard earned money was in loss and they don't care about their customers.. There was another person called harpreet singh and he was a terrible person.. They took one month to tell me that they can't do anything and go get lost!
After which everything had become so expensive for me to go to... They need to be charged for frauding people and running peoples important moments of their life.

Worst service ever.
We trusted this new company ANTILOG VACATIONS and went for our honeymoon.
They planned our 10days trip in which nothing was planned properly from their side.
The worst nightmare was when we were in phuket and we had to board our cruise to malaysia. They sent some cab which us from the hotel and dropped us at some random place from where we had to look for another cab or something, we were getting calls...

The worst nightmare was when we were in phuket and we had to board our cruise to malaysia. They sent some cab which us from the hotel and dropped us at some random place from where we had to look for another cab or something, we were getting calls...

lousy service and no helpline
I am deeply disappointed the services rendered by the company..
Rather I feel cheated...
Air tickets were booked by me and paid by me.
Company was supposed to provide pick up n drop and hotel services along with sight seeing your.
1. When we reached Singapore at 430 am on 2 nd July ..we reached information desk as indicated in the voucher ..no one was from company was there ..I called the helpline numbers provided in the voucher but no one picked...
We were stuck at airport with no one to receive...
Taxi man reached half an hour later and was very rude.
No one from company called even once during the week ...how the trip was going...that much for service part...Sucks..
2. We had requested that coach service booked on 5th morning to take us to Kuala Lumpur be changed as it had bad reviews by previous customers...
We were denied that...
Personally it was the worst bus service...
We were made to wait for an hour in basement of bus office..then board a bus ..we loaded our luggage ourselves.we were taken to another bus and made to unload and load again luggage.
On reaching Malaysian border again same thing was repeated..we unloaded and loaded again.
Bus was not in good shape and smelled of smoking.
3.Worst of all happened.
On 8th July morning we were supposed to be taken to airport from hotel furama Kuala Lumpur.
No one turned up..
Again I called helpline number..
15-20 times..
No one picked...
All this happened.. despite my calling the helpline no previous evening and requested them for driver' s cell number.
They didn't provide..rather said driver will call you..which he never did.
We waited for an hour, trying to reach customer care...but no help.
At 530 am we called local Taxi..and reached airport..
But our ordeal didn't end here.
Driver didn't have our journey details, nor did we know Kuala Lumpur has 2 international airports... He dropped us at KLIAM ..On reaching there we were told to take a train and go to KLIAM2. We panicked as we were running out of time..but managed to reach just when boarding started.
So we were running and worried..all panicky..in a foreign land ..with no help available.
I wonder why did I book this tour thru Antilog...
They didn't listen to my plea to change bus service when I pointed out negative reviews.
They couldn't provide Taxi services when needed...
I want them to feel for these deficiencies and physical and mental torture they did to us.And teach them a lesson.

they lie about the inclusions in package
This company has lied about the visa fees inclusion in my package. They told me that the visa fees of 12k was included in the quote they gave me and later said that it is not included. All their employees are useless and untrained in how to talk to customers. The person who was my contact point left the company and their vp sent me a mail to pay the remaining package amount. Apparently the only thing they mail you about is to pay up i had already paid 85k and told them i'll make the remaining payment only when i get the hotel vouchers. I sent a mail to their vp nagesh kumar with this. He never replies to any mail and instead tells his account team to send me a mail to pay the remaining amount. Pathetic company with pathetic people making a fool out of people. I hope the consumer complaints dept removes all fake reviews of this company from google and tripadvisor so that they cannot make a fool out of any more people.

I have a very serious problem with antilog team members. The service that wasnprovided for us is useless and main problem is my visa amount is not refunded. I have sent email to [protected]@antilogvacations.com, [protected]@antilogvacations.com and especially Shubham Singhal such a pathetic team and guys are working iin the company. Tgey dont have minimum common sense how to treat and respond to customers.
I am completely un happy and unsatisfactory with the antilog service provided. I would not recommend others to opt from this.
I posted here atleastbto know whetger will i get my visa amount back or not??

lack of compliance and escalation matrix
I came across antilog vacations through there website and post which i had to plan my vacation so i was interacting with harshita arora and surprisingly they do not share any details about esclasation or complaint matrix if you want they would say check on website and unfortunately website is clueless to me.
The overall experience with this company is extremely bad because one person will interact and you become too dependent when that person do not respond which exactly happen in my case till the time the package was discussed and payment were made the communication stopped i was wondering is there a compliance and was stuck badly after making payments wrote to there accounts team, voucher team and harshita but no concrete answer or response.
I would urgently urge the company should have compliance and responsibility for a customer which lack completely.
My situation in a democracy was extremely painful and i strongly believe such corporates should be penalized and set as a example.

misguidance and mental harassment given till last date of travel

I was looted by this company on the name of bookings. Not given Visa till the travel date took extra money for there mistakes. Many hidden charges were taken in the trip form us. Hotels were not provided as promised. When i compliant no one was bothered to even reply or help. There office people say they are now doing fraud things with customers by not providing services.

Overall our experience was terrible with antilog vacations and its agents.
First of all we got the final vouchers 2 day before trip and that too after calling 20 times even though we were busy in our marriage. Then we got the wrong voucher and the final voucher on last night before travelling.in that also names of couple were interchanged awesome.
We prepared everything and we gave the itinerary to antilog each and everything with time and then also they messed up. They put both the islands day together (Phiphi and james bond) because of that we couldnt enjoy any of them too tired. When we reached phiphi, we were given 30 mins to come back. What the heck, how can we just see the most beautiful islands and come back in 30 mins when we travelled for like 4 hrs to reach here.
Another day we were taken to tiger kingdom and then told no tickets have been booked for you. We called anubhav (Contact person of thailand), he said he cant do anything. I called my antilog agent in india 24 times, he cut my call every single time.
We were in different country and that's the reaction and help you will get from antilog agents if you need them.
Again in safari world, the agent who had our tickets was late and tour got late by 30 mins. He didnt contact us, we had to talk to multiple people to even know that some guy is coming for us. Safari tour and marine tour got missed because the ticket person was not present where he was supposed to be present.
Now, same thing happened in ocean world, whatever is mentioned in our itinerary is not given. When called multiple times, got the 2nd level ticket but the full ticket whose price we have paid was not given. When asked to anubhav the contact person, his reply was the souvenir from thailand. He said "dont argue with me, if iphone x is mentioned in your vouchers, will i give you that". We were helpless and mouthless.
Awesome job antllog.
In addition to above horrible experience in our first honeymoon, the money which antilog stole from us :
1. Tiger kingdom : 1000 baht per person.
2. Ocean world: 2000 baht per person.
Approx 30000 indian rs.

Made the biggest mistake of my life by booking through antilog.
Some lady called deepshikha bhagchi from antilog did my booking.
We were booked for a europe tour and when we got to the wax museum (Madam tussad), they straightaway denied access saying that antilog coupons are not valid there.
We had to pay extra many of the included itenarary items and never got any reimbursement for that.
They have cheated me again an again by giving me false promises and made me shell out so much money.
They have not refunded back my flight cancellation cost. I have proof from the airlines that they have refunded my money and that has been refunded back to the account th booking was made from (Antilogs account)
However they ran away with my money.
My parents were left stranded in a europe as no information was given on the travel itenarary and bus tickets provided were fake!!
Please dont get fooled like me.
Book with any other travel agent but not antilog. They are anti-people (Anti - log)

We were booked for maldives from 14th till 18th dec through antilog vacations at adaraan club. We wanted to experience the water villa hence we booked the same for 1 night. Flights, hotel rooms everything was confirmed 1 month prior to the visit.
On the day we had to move to water villa from beach villa, we were told that we had booking just for beach villa as water villas were not available, and same was communicated to antilog a month back.
What a slip.. These guys ruined our honeymoon and they seem so casual about such blunders. They should be banned. Wish i had seen this forum earlier. Would have never booked through them. Will advice other travellers to be beware of them.
