Antivirus E-Store — amount paid but product not received

I ordered the k7 total security on the dantivirus.com website and paid the amount through ccavenue as they directed to pay. They promised that once i paid the product cost, in the next minute itself, i 'll receive the email of the product key. But i didn't get the key. I mailed them stating that i didn't receive the product key and also, i sent many messages through whatsapp no.
