I tried making a payment through netbanking on the https://bsk.karnataka.gov.in/ which used CCAvenue portal.
The payment is deducted on my bank account but the CC avenue site is still in "Please be patient while we are redirecting you to Merchant site.
Do not "close the window" or press "refresh" or "browser back button". for a long time....

I have purchased a product on steam and intermediary for that payment is CC avenue.

But it didn't go through and steam cancelled the purchase and money got debited from the account so I am requesting for refund back.

I paid for new gas connection from ebharatgas.com through cc avenue using my visa icici credit card. Amount of Rs. 5302.58 is deducted, but it said payment failure. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible....

I tried to complete a hathway broadband connection. I paid the payment, the money of rupees 1580/- is deducted from my account but money is stuck with CCAvenue. It says Your order #[protected]_[protected] is Awaited.

Please help to get this resolved.

Last Year On 20 Dec 2021, I have made a transaction of Rs. 4995/- using Mobikwik with (RRN No.[protected] to book a Hotel (KARMA ROYAL PALMS, GOA), in which transaction is Successfull from my side, but after the payment when web page goes back to hotel website it got crashed, that's why Mobikwik is saying Transaction is successful how could I refund you the money & the hotel team said we don't received the money, then they said the Payment...

I made a payment via CC Avenue of about Rs 12500 to Emirates on Thursday 22nd September 2022. The payment was then shown as “Your order GSU[protected] is awaited”.

Three days have passed (now Sunday 25 September) and there is no progress or update from CC Avenue on my payment. I have already raised a ticket on their portal but there has been zero response. I cannot even try again with another payment mode unless I know...

On 8th of July, 2022 I purchased something from CATKing website through your payment gateway. After the money was debited from my account I was just left with the message "Order awaited".
What should I do? As time is a constraint for the product I purchased and it's really distressing.
I need you to get my order cleared.

I've recently made a purchase of Rs. 1276 on steam via netbanking which directed me to CC Avenue as it usually does, but it's almost been more than half an hour now, since CC Avenue debited the money from me and I haven't received the purchase yet. It's saying the payment is yet to be received from them and it'll be done in 5 mins since I initiated the transaction....

While paying through online on 07.03.2022 the fees Rs.14, 986 for the course in Veranda Race once the payment made the page showed error as site cannot be reached, but the amount was deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation receipt as fees paid and once I enquired veranda race even the amount was not credited to veranda race. I want to do payment once again.kindly refund the money....

On 7th Feb 2022, I booked a new bharat gas connection online and made payment through CCAvenue [ Gpay ] . The amount Rs.2, 203 is deducted in my bank account but payment status is showing "Failed". I checked with our gas service provider and they said that they did not receive any payment.

I was doing online purchase from Lenovo website using my HDFC bank debit card. The amount Rs.21224 got deducted from my account through CCAvenue but the order was not confirmed. The status was "Your order # (some number) is Awaited". I tried reaching the technical support or service team of CCAvenue but no response still.

Please help to get this resolved.

I placed and order today (i.e. 21 Jan 2021) my money was charged through Google pay and was deducted from my account but the order was not placed.

My order no. Is[protected]
When looking on the site for recent orders, there is none and I haven't received any mail or sms from the site which means my order has not been placed but the money was deducted.

I placed the order on Max website of 799 rupees on 20th November. The payment was made using UPI mode, through my GPay. The GPay says the purchase is confirmed but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or message from the seller.
I have attached payment receipt from my GPay down below.
I kindly request you to please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible...

I have made payment through icici debit card for rs 1775 online via ahmedabad municipal corporation (Amc) web site for house property tax payment. Date of payment: 04-june-2020 at 05:07 pm.
Payment ref no: 1460709. Bank ref no:[protected]
Icici statement shows:
Min/utilitiescc/[protected]/110756 debit rs. 1775
After successful debit from my account, i was directed to amc site for viewing

With reference to my application for admission for a particular university, the payment was made through ccavenue. On the payment page through credit card, it resulted in some error page, but the amount was debited on my card.

While the amount was debited and ccavenue confirmed of having received the amount, but they did not transfer the same to the university nor they are able to provide us the proof that they have paid to...

I booked a lpg gas cylinder from ebharatgas.com through cc avenue using my rupay debit card. Amount of rs. 546.5 is deducted from my bank account. Initially but ebharatgas.com showed payment request under process but now it says payment failure. For the transaction the utilities cc ref is[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible....
