I have purchased a product on steam and intermediary for that payment is CC avenue.

But it didn't go through and steam cancelled the purchase and money got debited from the account so I am requesting for refund back.

Hi,
I made online payment to DVOIS Broadband Internet services on 4th Jan 2023 of Rs.470 for renewing internet account.

Amount got debited from my bank account but Transaction status is Awaited and Merchant account has not received amount.

CC Avenue Ref No[protected]

It's been more than 24hrs still Transaction Status has not changed and I have not received refund of my amount.

Today is 5th day of transaction, still these people have not resolved my issue. they are not ready to tell where hell money is gone.
Neither merchant says they received amount, Nor Bank has received refund.
I have mailed 20-30 times now, everyday I sent 5-10 mails no response on even 1 mail.
Please help!!!

Today 4/Jan/2024 i made a payment of rs 918.50/- through CC Avenue payment gateway, the amount got debited from my bank account but it was not credited to merchant HP PAY, could you please help me to get the money back to my account.

I recently made a payment to my college through CCAvenue. Money was deducted but I didn't receive any receipt and my order was showing as awaited. Please help me get this issue resolved.

I paid for new gas connection from ebharatgas.com through cc avenue using my visa icici credit card. Amount of Rs. 5302.58 is deducted, but it said payment failure. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible....

CCAvenue has not refunded my money, they have made false claim about refunding money to my account and the timeframe they gave was 2-4 days.

10 days have elapsed, and the money is not reflected on my account, the customer support is unresponsive, the CCAvenue payment gateway are clearly in breach of their legal obligation.

Amount not refunded = 3168/-
Reference number:[protected]

Kindly do the needful, as it's already beyond reasonable timeframe.

I placed an order in Gita Press books online & I made the payment through paytm upi of Rs.502, however the Order is not visible in Gita Press website but I got confirmation from CC Avenue as below:

Your Order#136871 on https://gitapressbookshop.in for INR 502 was successful. CCA Ref No:[protected].

I have raised this concern to both Gita Press and CC Avenue but not yet got any response from any of them

There were 2 paytm wallet transations that were made to Indraprastha Gas Limited.

On Paytm side both these transactions are being shown as successfull towards Ccavenues E Commerce however Indraprastha Gas has not received both these payments.

The details of the 2 transactions are as follows:

Transactions 1:
Date: 24th Feb 2023
Amount: 2791.23 Rs

Transaction 2:
Date: 2nd April 2023
Amount: 1050.62 Rs
