Complaint regarding leakage of water from road

I would like to inform you that water is leaking from under the road between bhargav hospital and dso since last more than one and half month. I regret to inform you the inspite of my two written complaints on online through consumer complaint portal on 28.12.2017 and on same day on phone number[protected] complaint no 12692. Again on 16.1.18 i personally went to jal sansthan office and make the complaint under complaint no. 12888. On 19th jan 2018 when i again went to jal sansthan office to check the status of my complaint then i was informed by person who was in complaint office to meet mr. Verma when i meet mr. Verma he said that you inform in phool bagh office not here. Then i went to phool bhagh office i had written an application informing the problem but the person theire said no don’t give application because your complaint is already here the work is to done by jal nigam and we have informed them he said i am ageing giving them reminder and make a phone call to someone and asked to solve the problem.
But, i regret to state that nothing has done till date and road is repturing day by day, due to which very difficult for us to move out from house. Here, i would also like to mention we are two senior citizens living alone myself and my wife.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and give the instructions accordingly.

I am sorry to give you trouble but sir, after kicked from everywhere i thought to tell my problem to you sir, as i am forwarding you a copy of my compliant your good self will appreciate that after giving sufficient time even then department has not taken any action. On one side government is requesting to save the water but i deeply regret to inform your good self that government department is not at all interested in stopping the wastage of water. Here, i would also like bring your kind attention that this road was repaired just few months back and now it has again started broking.

In last i humble request your good self to kindly give necessary instructions to concern department.
