Apcpdcl — Generating normal Bill instead of bill after disconnection even after application for disconnection of power

Sir,
I, M/s Anjuman Ara Begum, B.E.(Elect.), LLB, being a consumer of APDCL having Consumer No. [protected] had lodged a complain to your end on 12th May, 2016 which was duly welcomed by you on the same date and time, bu unfortunately no action has initiated by the concern office and generation of normal bill against my Consumer No. [protected] is continuing up till now even though I am not consuming any energy since 6th March, 2016. I, therefore, lodging my complain once again for your kind interference and early solution of my the problem I am facing.
That Sir, my complain was that, I was applied for disconnection of power to my Kotabari, Guwahati resident on 6th March, 2016 due to shifting of my family for some personnel reasons. While submitted my application for disconnection of power, I was requested the official on duty to acknowledge my prayer for disconnection of power, but the official in duty straightly denied to acknowledge it saying that the nominal bill after disconnection will be charged and will be sent for payment in specific intervals. But, surprisingly the APDCL is generating normal bills in every month and message for payment is being send to my registered mobile No. [protected]. Today also I have received such a message- bill generated against my Consumer No. [protected] for Rs. 4624/ for the month of Sept.16 having Bill No. [protected] while my consumption of energy is 0(zero) since 6th March, 2016. That Sir, due to my ill health I am unable to visit the office physically more over while trying to inquire the matter over telephone no one response to my call, hence I am bound to approach you for early solution of my sufferings.
I, therefore, request kindly to look into the matter and direct the official concern to rectify the problem I am facing at an early date and the revised bill may kindly be sent for payment.
