Apcpdcl — Not responding properly for the complaint

I am jashwanth i called to apcpdcl customer care number they taken all the details regarding complaint such as meter number, address. They told that they do it in 1 hour. After an hour i called them they are not responding properly, they spoke without respect and he told that "we didn't do the complaint before you also wait till evening we will come" in a rudey voice. Please go through the complàit. We dont have power from yesterday evening.
