Puchased Apex tower fan in dec 2016. Since then the fan has stopped working 4 times... Your engineers really take around a weeks time to resolve the complaint and that too with continous follow up.
Will never suggest Apex to anyone as your product is super faulty. It just stops working on its own..the 1st time when it stopped; the enjineer had just strtd the fan but spoit the on/off buttons...we had to call him again but he still could not resolve that issue. Till date the buttons are faulty...i mean it only starts and does not rotate to higher speeds.
Never ever buying apex products again...NEVER.

Within 8 days it rotation stopped, I complained to your customer care and got it repaired and again with 2-3 days it stopped working (rotation).
Till date I have complaint 4 – 5 times got the tower fan repaired from your engineers, but the problem has not been solved.
Yesterday again within 12-15 days of repair the fan rotation has stopped and not working.
I feel your product is defective and is of not good standard.
Also I am not happy with your service; your engineers come only after 8 – 10 days after complaint is lodged. I have to continuously follow-up to check when the engineer will be coming.
