I have purchased a pack of Happy Happy buscuit from a local shop vendor where i have found there was a green fungus in some of the pieces for that i am sharing information.

The product I received is 50 g Parle G.A packet of four semi packets each contains 13 biscuits. I got a packet of 12 biscuits and a little portion only in it.

I am a regular consumer of Parle products. I purchased a packet of Parle G at a local store in Talegaon Dhamdhere Pune Maharashtra. The Parle G packet was packed. I got half a biscuit less in the Parle G packet. I have shared the video

I am a regular consumer of parle products. I purchased a packet of parle hide and seek at a local store in NSIC, ECIL, Hyderabad.

I found small white spots on the chocolate chips in the biscuits. I browsed and came across a similar complaint where the consumer suspected it of being fungus. I am not sure if this is edible now. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

In hide & seek biscuit packets I got worms inside it which is totally unlawful....

I had brought a melody with packing date 31/01/2024 and batch no. IP B. There is a woolen hair like thing in it. This could be harmful if any baby swell it.

White Fungus on Parle Platina Chocolate chip cookies that is well within consuming period. Batch - I3 C. This happened second time in six months. As this is threat to health.

There is a something black inside the biscuit and it hurts my stomach, When I eat it. This is very wrong, it’s cause food poison also. Parle-g is a big company we didn’t expect this.If you didn’t reply I will upload this on social.After eating small part of it my stomach paining since 2 hour .

To whom ever it may concern,
My kids like hide and seek, I have been buying it for a long time. Today my son throw up and came to me showing the hide and seek biscuit with a hair on it. I was really disappointed to see a company like Parle is not following the hygienic measures. I really felt guilty as mom to buy this biscuit to my kids. I want to file a complaint about the same and need to know what action you are gonna take against this.

I purchased parle platina hide and seek biscuit today 17/01/2024 from near by store mfg date was 1/8/2023 and used by 1/3/2024, When I opened the biscuit packet i saw white fungus on the biscuits on the choco chips. First I thought it was sugar because of winter but when i checked both packet it was there on every biscuit . i purchsed 30rs 2 packet all wasted . I hope Parle will take some action against it . please improve GMP .

I bought 150 rupees pack of 5 hide and seek biscuits and all of those were covered in fungus. Every single biscuit is covered with white fungus even though it's not even close to it's expiry date.

I bought Hide and Seek biscuit from Reliance Mart and when I open the biscuit and started to it the taste was a bit of so I saw it once again and there was huge fungus on the biscuits so I opened the most of the biscuits and found the same.

There was hair present while i was eating hide and seek cookie.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern about the advertisement for the food product Parle-G biscuits of Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. -
"Original Gluco Biscuits" - on the wrapper of "Export & Domestic" quality food products. ( manufactured by sub-contractor)

I have purchased a packet of these biscuits from a nearby store and found that there is no ingredient named "Gluco nad/or Glucose" in the list of ingredients.

This is a clear case of false and misleading advertisement, which violates the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

As a consumer, I feel cheated and deceived by Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. company, which claims to provide quality products to the customers.

I request you to take immediate action as per FSS Act 2006 to rectify this issue and direct the company to stop using the term "Gluco and/or Glucose" on
the wrapper of biscuits. Conduct, annual food inpection and Re-lab test for Sugar Contained in the food products soon as possible, as per FSS Regulation 2011.

If you fail to comply with my request within 15 days of receiving this letter, I will be forced to take legal action against you in the appropriate forum/court.
All the legal & sundry expenses incurred by me shall be recover from you with interest.

I bought a packet of hide and seek biscuits costing me Rupees 30 and after i opened it i found fungus on every biscuit and i ate those without knowing. i got stomach infection by those fungus in your biscuits. i really found it disappointing and pathetic. you are playing with the health of humans.this is so disgusting. everytime i see fungus in these biscuits.

I bought two pack of parle hide and seek biscuits packet from jio mart and the expiry dates show that the biscuits will expire in June 2024, but when i open the packet the chocochip of the biscuits has some white substance upon searching it on Google i got to know that it's fungus but until then me and my family had already eaten one pack of hide and seek.I want a complete refund.
