Apex Hi-tech Institute National Skil L Training Institute Campus Ii Bangalore — Deducted tax not reflected on my 26AS - No proper action by Govt e-Nivaran option also

I Poornima R worked as Junior consultant from June 2018 to April 2019 f or APEX HI-TECH INSTITUTE National skill training institute campus II, Bangalore. During this period my employer has deducted an amount of Rs.25, 636/- (Twenty five thousand six hundred and thirty six) in total from my salary as a tax. But I was not provided with FORM 16 for the same. This Deduction amount was not reflected in the form 26 AS during the time of filing my IT returns. So I have informed my employer formally about the issue and asked them to rectify asap. Later I have received the Intimation from the tax department stating as there is a mismatch in the claimed amount and 26 AS and there wont be any refund for my account. I have contacted my employer immediately to address the same and still I didn't get any response from their end nor confirmation for updating form 26 AS. I got diverted to several officials for the solution on this issue and till date there was no progress. I have submitted a grievance through e-Nivaran on[protected],[protected] and 16/10/2020. But still I didn't get any solution for this issue. So I kindly request you to check out on this issue and help me out in getting my tax returns.

I have informed them in the starting to not to make any deductions as my salary is with in the tax exemption range. I doubt on the
company accounts department because the deducted amount is not paid to the income tax department till date. Please take some action and help me out.
