The product bought from your brand is severely damaged. The ceramic plate which was an important part which was not covered in your warrentyis cracked. But the life was very short. The product damaged within 5 months which was not even crossed the warrenty period. The top ceramic plate should withstand the average tempratere. The product was not quality. So people who buying this product please read the terms and conditions of the product before buying
