[Resolved] Apex Home Appliances — no service in warranty | |||
On 27th september bought a gas stove of triple burners from Apex. within 15days right side of the button automatically crakced so i called in cutomer care one of the person cameand he told me no warranty of buttons and he reapired it and Rs.20 taken as button charges. then again within a week same problem happened again i called and person came he told me i'll give good quality of button which will never crack and taken charges 100 and again in a month same problem happened i called in cstomer care and they told me no warranty for buttons. gas stove top broken
i have purchase 3 year back glass top 3 burner stove today its glass top broken in pieces.
