Apex Laboratories Pharma Pvt Ltd — non supply of medicine

Sir,

I ordered Velpanat medicine and made netbanking transaction (Rs 12, 000) to above company. Till today, I have not received the money as well as medicine.

Above company is referred by Indiamart. I thought, Indiamart is reputed company to list the genuine companies in the site. Now the Apex company demands to pay Rs10, 000/- extra which they have not informed me earlier. I have attached below reference for your view.

Kindly help me to get the medicine or money back as soon as possible.
