Deliver 18/04/2017 pl. this micro SD card & power bank are problem, . Pl. Imijet any legal advice

20000mAh power bank, I received my order on 2nd may.
Working condition of the product is very bad and the running time of power bank is less than my mobile backup...
Totally fake product I got.
