I ordered REDMI 20000 POWER BANK AND Redmi Handsfree through invoice no 76664 dt 30.06.2017 AND SAME I RECEIVED ON 03rd July 2017 BUT BOTH THE PRODUCT IS NOT GENUINE AND TOTALLY FAKE AND NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. When I try to communicate to them, there is no customer service number. I FORWARDED N NO. OF MAIL TO THEM BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THEM.
KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND MAKE SOME CORRECTIVE MEASURES AND STRICT ACTION...

When i try to communicate to them, there is no customer service number. I forwarded n no. Of mail to them but not received any reply from them.

Surprise to have such an experience from apnaprice.

I am writing this mail after use the product.

1. Power-bank: even sticker affixed over the top itself shows like it is not a genuine product and also it is not charging properly. Within half an hour all power back up getting down to zero.
2. 128 gb memory card: data not getting transferred, on the top of the 128 gb card showing...

This product very bad not charging mobile mi 20800 & micro SD card not connected mobile three & more mobile check but not connected and try the laptop & desktop but not connected Apnaprice.com, my order ID 50086, has been Trackin ID[protected]. Deliver 18/04/2017 pl. this micro SD card & power bank are problem, . Pl. Imijet any legal advice

The product I received is completely fake. It's such a big mistake by trusting
to buy anything from this website. Power bank also is not even "2000MAH". Power bank came without a brand name. There were no company disclaimer papers, no warranty papers. It just came in a paper box without anything. On top of that it was damaged, old and used. I want to sue them in court for fooling people and selling such an outrageous product. Such...

I bought mi power bank through apna price (https://www.apnaprice.com/xiaomi-20000mah-mi-power-bank), it was not charging properly and once i checked internet it was fake. i initiated the refund and not received any reply from there side. why the goverment is not doing any thing to control this crook people and reulate indian online purchase,,

my brother ordered MI-20000 power bank and when i got that i was out of station, so my friend make payment of Rs.1200, when i came back i found fake and used MI product . i tried to get return option but didn't find any contact details.

then i check the mail id and request for return but almost 1 week is over i didn't get any revert . i suggest you be aware of this website they are making people funny...

It was mentioned to be Original & I bought it via COD by paying rs.1198, Later I went on internet and searched for how to differentiate b/w an original & fake MI Powerbank; it failed the tests given for an original one, moreover it does not charge my devices properly...
