I had a online consultation with Dr Haripriya Jagadeesh - General Physician/Internal Medicine on April 27th 2022 at 5 PM, we were charged 1000 Rupees for this consultation.
The doctor did not consult via the Apollo 24/7 app but instead spoke to us via phone call, which lasted barely 2 mins.
We waited for the prescription and no prescription was sent to us, we contacted the Apollo helpline and they informed that the prescription will be sent within 3hrs of the consultation and asked us to wait.
We waited till 8PM and no prescription was sent and we received a call from Apollo customer support where they asked us to contact [protected] to get the prescription.
We dialed that number several times and no one responded.
We ended up consulting another doctor offline as it was an emergency for us and we completed the consultation.
Meanwhile no one from Apollo customer support reached out to us to provide prescription.
The doctor Haripriya Jagadeesh marked the consultation as "Completed" without even providing a prescription and my 1000 rupees went down the drain.
We raised a ticket in the Apollo 24/7 app that prescription was not provided and the customer support called and informed that refund cant be issued as the consultation was marked as completed (The doctor marked it as "Completed" without even providing a prescription)
We need a refund of our money for this consultation as even the prescription was not provided by the doctor and she did not bother to respond to our queries.
