It has become a practice of this company to book order and take money by showing a delivery date and block the customer so that he will not anywhere. Once the order is taken they promptly send sms sayong delay in delivery due to high volume of orders.

What do we say for this kind of business practices?

Ordered a medicine with prescription. A doctor called seeking more personal details. Told him not comfortable sharing as I have uploaded prescription. Claiming to be doctor, Mohammad said he cancelled the order. Never faced such problem with 1mg or netmeds. Now refund with 7 to 10 days. FRAUD AVOID....

I have order for three packet of Complan and Fair and Lovely while I received only one packet of Complan 500 gram and bun Fair and Lovely my two packet of Complan is not received I have made payment in advance online

It has been a very bad experience with apollo 24/7 app.. This is the third time my money has got stuck for days with this app.

Claiming 1 day delivery, I have not got my medicine for 10 days now.. And when I go to claim a cancellation, they say, we can't cancel, reject to accept the product.

I placed an order in emergency on 26th Feb morning and it never reached. They say they appreciate my patience but are they appreciating me bleeding. What kind of customer service is this where I get no responses through only one way to communicate that is through email. Biggest scam ever.

I have been using the Apollo 24/7 app for some time now and recently saw an ad on Paytm regarding cashback offers on purchasing Apollo e-voucher. Since I have used similar vouchers for Swiggy and Amazon, where the balance of the e-voucher gets added to Swiggy money or Amazon Pay, I thought this would be the same.
Unfortunately, this is not the case with Apollo! The e-vouchers are a SCAM!

I bought Rs. 2, 000 worth of e-voucher and had used only Rs. 414.96, the remaining Rs. 1, 585.04 just vanished!
So, I went back to the app and saw the fine print under “Things to Note”, that any unused balance on vouchers will lapse automatically! What kind of a rule is this? How is this fair to the consumers? No one reads the things to note, while placing a simple order specially for medicines. Other Brands fairly use such remaining balance as a credit for future use in customers accounts. No one lapses the balance on a voucher!

Next, I sent a detailed email to Apollo customer support (Sathish Chandra Kavali, Grievance Redressal Team, Apollo 24|7) sent a bogus reply stating exactly what I was complaining about. I don’t think he read my email at all!

Consumers are not buying medicines for fun. In a vulnerable state we rely on medicine stores or hospitals. Especially if a well known brand, we do not expect such hidden terms and conditions! When seniors are using e-vouchers, they are not going to go through the fine print!

Why would Apollo issue & advertise such a voucher?

Since I did not get any support from Apollo, I am writing here. Maybe this will prevent consumers from getting scammed in the future.

I ordered medicines via Apollo 24/7 App, bill no : 15896DS0591627, on 12 Dec 2022 but the pharmacy didn't receive still date they are promised 15 of Dec medicines will be delivered but on 14 th Dec 2022 the status of sigment showing delivered at 11:41 actually I'm showing the status of sigment an 15 dec2022 early morning ji I'm shocked bcz it's already delivered before one day I'm not getting any call, mail or SMS from delivery service agent and I'm not getting any parcel from Apollo 247 at the same time I'm rise a complaint through Apollo 247 app and I called costemer service they said it's take time 24-48 hrs for resolving the issue. that's ok I'm waiting for 48hrs now drama is start from Apollo team they are said sir I'm sorry, I'm understanding your problem, I'm highlighting your consern, our team warking very sincerely on this issue we update you shortly. I'm calling and emailing them they said same repeated answer since last one week

I ordered medicine on 2/sep/2022.
On their app they mentioned the delivery of medicine on 5/sep/2022.
Medicine wasn't delivered on time. Today on 7 sep 2022 also no exact date of delivery of medicine was provided nor I am able to cancel it.

We gave sample for platelet count, after 14hrs also we didn't receive the report, platelet is something we need urgently as my daughter is having dengue, poor customer service. Even though complained through customer service, no proper answer.

Order number:[protected], I have order Uprise D3 drop 6 quantity. on 16th July they deliver Ultra D3 drop. Immedietly i have raise complain in there Apollo 24/7 app. Also send mail. they have given me the ticket number 947623. waiting for 2 days no response they again send mail and reply in their app but not response still i go. Today saw the ticket is closed. Again i have raise the complain and ticket number i967050 toady. These peope are very careless and playing with customer.

In there app there is a contact number[protected] but it alwasy play the iver message "all our customer care people are busy" and disconnect the call.

These people are playing with customer. should learn the the lession. Need immediate action on this.

I ordered medicines via Apollo 24/7 online, bill no : 17536ds0262043, delivery partner called me on Sunday (26/06/22) that time am on out of station, i said the delivery partner to bring my medicine to local Apollo medicals, he said ok for me, but the pharmacy didn't receive any medicens, so i dont know what happened, where is the problem happened, i asked help from Apollo 24/7 mobile app, but still no response from that company side, shipment = #[protected], and order id : 17536ds0262043, my contact no : [protected]

I had a online consultation with Dr Haripriya Jagadeesh - General Physician/Internal Medicine on April 27th 2022 at 5 PM, we were charged 1000 Rupees for this consultation.
The doctor did not consult via the Apollo 24/7 app but instead spoke to us via phone call, which lasted barely 2 mins.
We waited for the prescription and no prescription was sent to us, we contacted the Apollo helpline and they informed that the prescription will be sent within 3hrs of the consultation and asked us to wait.
We waited till 8PM and no prescription was sent and we received a call from Apollo customer support where they asked us to contact [protected] to get the prescription.
We dialed that number several times and no one responded.
We ended up consulting another doctor offline as it was an emergency for us and we completed the consultation.
Meanwhile no one from Apollo customer support reached out to us to provide prescription.
The doctor Haripriya Jagadeesh marked the consultation as "Completed" without even providing a prescription and my 1000 rupees went down the drain.
We raised a ticket in the Apollo 24/7 app that prescription was not provided and the customer support called and informed that refund cant be issued as the consultation was marked as completed (The doctor marked it as "Completed" without even providing a prescription)

We need a refund of our money for this consultation as even the prescription was not provided by the doctor and she did not bother to respond to our queries.

Apollo said they refunded but i checked my details, no refund was there.

i ordered product on 10 Jan2022 displayed it will be delivered in 2 hrs. then delivert date got changed to 13Jan and 15 Jan. still on 25jan product not delivered. Raised 5 to 6 complaint on Apollo247 app. whats spp also notified. no human response so far.

Haven't responded to any mails and requests. Not initiated my refund for long and ignored all mails, calls and messages
