I am Nazle Rob from Barasat.I had to approach Apollo cilinic, Barasat, 24 pgs(n), West Bengal for testing some emergency medical report of my mother like Crp, Lft & Stool for Calprotectin. It is mentioned that, according to doctor my Mother needs to be diagnosed & treated as soon as possible.I had been informed that the stool for calprotectin test needs 3 to 4 days on behalf of Apollo clinic, Barasat. In such a situation, the sample had been collected on 17/09/21, Friday & they were supposed to deliver the report on 22/09/21, Wednesday but surprisingly I had been called 21/09/21 at 9 pm for further sample for re-checking(Stool for calprotectin) & they assured me about delivering the report on time.My question is, how is it possible delivering the report of that test which normally takes 3 to 4 days within a day after re-cheking?actually they are trying to hide in a superficial way.It is very unfortunate.I will request to the higher or appellate authority of Apollo to take necessary action against the director of the Apollo clinic, Barasat & I will expect a phone call from the director of the Apollo clinic, Barasat within 24 hours to pacify my anger othetwise I will take legal action against Apollo clinic.Don't compelled me to create akward situation & mind it l don't put my mouth on the grass.I will be waiting for your logical answer & action against the director of the Baradat Apollo Clinic.I have all the necessary proof to take legal action.
