I raised below issue multiple times and i just get a call to address an issue and they ask me to call on another helpdesk number and I tried calling on that number thousand times, but it never gets connected neither I get a call back from concern team. I am fed-up with this now such a [censored] service from a top rated and authorised clinic.

My daughter name is Anaya Adak, age 5 years plus, due to her Illness we went to apollo on 8th january 2024 for doctor consultation and doctor prescribed for urine test. Next day my wife went with chield for test. Apollo book urine test as well as culture and my wife oppose for urine culture test but they didn't listen our request. Same day afternoon we got urine report and seen no need to further urine culture and my wife immediately...

I had a horrible experience this week, I went to two branch of appolo kormangala clinic and jp nagar clinic of appolo ent doctor diffrent doctor. First for jp nagar appolo clinic Dr. Krishna ramanathana she told that I have a neck infection and gave some medicine, but since the medicine, i eat as prescribed but didn't help we went to the doctor again and she told infection is gone but we mentioned her that still pain is their in neck but she told to drink more water but the condition got more bad on same night once we came back home next day we thought of moving to second doctor which became a worst nightmare Dr. Vijaya Lakshmi m she is the worst doctor I have seen in my entire life not only medical wise but personally she asked me if the patient is my mother i replied yes then she told ohh then why are do u sound like some stranger, my mother replied that we have haryanavi language which may sound rude when ppl hear it but it is normal for us, and then she told me to run down to reception and ask for reimbursement bez in the bill form her name was not mentioned I went down to tell reception and the staff replied we mentioned it in the system, I came and informed the doctor same, but she still insisted to go again and change the bill, i said no I can't run down again and again. She then wrote her name by pen itself in bill and wrote the prescription for medicine, she wrote few neck test but also xray of brain/skull but I don't get the point of getting brain xray. That's a doctor thing which I felt completely out of logic. I really felt bad when she asked personal questions and also she told me not to visit appolo and contact her personal number which is 99450***** her personal number which she wrote on my xray sheet and she also asked about my occupation and where do I live in Bangalore, well as if she was taking personal interview instead of treating a patient, I felt like she judges a patient and gives them her number bez she felt we are rich as a guess. This is really disappointment when appolo has such bad experience, mean, selfish, rude, unethical, unprofessional doctors. I will never visit appolo even if i die on road. And will take this issue to social media with all the pics and proff for awareness alert for such doctors.

For wrong USG report provided, I went to hyderabad AIG hospital to do treatment.Then apollo sent a message that it was typing mistake fromthere end.Is it kidding or apollo playing with petients.I want claim all expenses whatever I spent in hyderabad.I have all evidence.

I am approaching you here with regards to a very unacceptable behaviour and dismal customer service I received from the Apollo Clinic at New Town today.

I had an appointment with a neurologist at 3.25 PM today at the Apollo Clinic, DLF Galleria unit of yours. I visited the clinic perfectly on time and paid Rs1000 as the consultation charges and was handed over a slip which I was requested to submit at the back desk. Upon submitting the slip, I was told there were 6 more patients ahead of me and that the doctor came in late. Patients whose appointment were due from 2.10 PM were still waiting at the queue ahead of me, which means I would have required waiting at least for the next couple of hours for me to be able to make it through to the doctors chamber.

While I asked why is that I was not informed about the delay, I was mentioned everyone is waiting and so should I. Its not the responsibility of the staff to keep on informing patients. I eventually had to resort to cancelling my appointment as I couldn't have waited for 2 hours.

No my questions to you here is:

1) If we are provided with a time slot and the doctor couldn't make it in time, shouldn't it be your responsibility to let the patients know about it? While the doctors are busy as we all understand, does our time as patients have no value? We have to manage our time from the office and other work to be able to make it for an appointment, and we pay a hefty amount of money to be able consult a doctor. Why shouldn't there be any respect/consideration for our time?
2) Upon not being able to express my concern with anyone, I called up your number to try and have a word with the in service manager. Someone picked up the call and mentioned the person in charge cannot be directly connected to? Why so? Is he an incarnation of God? I believe he is a public relationship officer and his duty is to attend to the customer's/patient's concern. Why can't someone connect him directly if we wants to speak to him?

I am renal cell carcinoma patient and am suffering from a recent inflammation in my temples (forehead) owing to which I was trying to consult a neurologist today. It was impossible for me to have sit and waited for 2 hours because of my health. Upon trying to express my situation with your representatives available at the clinic, no one even bothered to listened to me. Why should we be mistreated this way, its not a charity service you are offering us and there should be some element of respect/responsibility shown by your staff towards the patients.

I wrote an email as well expressing my concern to the email id of new town apollo clinic, but no one bothered to drop me a response.

I booked EEGon25 th July. The clinic give me appointment At 4.30 pm. And I'm going there with my pt. And then I'm asking what time it will be done. They told me that EEG Tacnation not coming.. he is on way. So I wait for one hour. Then again I'm asking is he come or not. And they told me he is on the way... And asking them when he come .. if he come late so why u give me this time appointment. And ther one leady who is the manager on Newtown clinic, her behaviour is so badly.. no clarification for this thing..

I complained but nothing happened, an awful experience in Apollo Newtown, never will step down there!

I have been a regular customer visiting Apollo clinic, Prince Anwar Shah road. I visit for Dr. Suparna Chowdhuri.

I am 33 weeks pregnant now.
There is a rule of sending patients as per the appointment timings irrespective of who comes first or later. This is the rule over been following since the past few months check up.

Today (23rd July 2023) this lady on the help desk suddenly changed the rules according to her own whims and fancies to first come first serve basis, ignoring the appointment timings.

My appointment timing was 4:50 pm and she delayed my billing till 6:47 pm. On asking for her name to complain, she refused to provide the same. When I was trying to take her image to complain, she tried getting violent with me, to which my husband who was accompanying me came in to save me.
I want this complaint to be seriously noted. Attaching the image of the lady on desk who refused to share her name and had an atrocious behaviour towards the patients.

I Arpita Sharma had medical in Pushpya Hospital clinic through Apollo on 15th, May 2023 for which I have made payment of RS 2500 to Apollo in Agreement Name: [TORRENT POWER PMC CASH PAN INDIA OP AGREEMENT] and Package Name : [TORRENT POWER - PMC CAT 2 - PAN INDIA - FY2223] on 12th, May 2023.

I want reimbursement of my money from torrent but they are asking me to submit Invoice but till now i haven't received any Invoice from you on my mail ID : [protected]@gmail.com, My transaction ID is[protected] .

All other clinic is given printed invoice but why Apollo clinic, Dunlop, kolkata not given me the same?

I want printed invoice for doctor consultation fee in the name of Abhiraj sikdar, dated 28/04/2023.

Please take action regarding the issue otherwise I will escalate the matter to higher level.

On the day 12th of April 2023 I visited Apollo medical center, marathahalli to meet a gastroenterologist. As I put my concerns of meeting the gastroenterologist doctor the executive on the reception says that Dr. Prasad/prasant will be available after 5pm so than I said than I will need to comeback later as it around 3-4pm. But the executive said instead of the said specialist you can meet the other Dr. Rajendra Prasad who can give you the...

Yesterday (10/04/2023), I placed an order for some medicines for my mother, Mrs Prem Vadehra, as she is diabetic. I uploaded the prescription from a registered practitioner, from whom we are seeking treatment for few months.

After placing the order, I got a call from +[protected] at 11.06 PM (while I was fast asleep) and he introduced himself as Dr Dhaval Bhalodiya. He said that as our prescription is "Dated" and I'll HAVE TO seek his consultancy before he approves / makes a prescription. When I told him that I don't need any consultancy, he's quite rude on the phone and said that he'll cancel the order if I don't seek his consultancy. I felt as if he was under the influence as his voice was fumbling. Today morning, I checked the status of my order and to my surprise I found that all diabetic medicines are approved but he cancelled 2 medicines - Pioz 15mg and PAN 40 - Shipment #[protected]!

How could he approve partial order if my prescription wasn't in order?
You may be working 24x7 but not your clients, right? Is 11.06 PM the right time to call?
I took a Circle membership considering that I'll be getting assurance of the authenticity of medicines but is this the way you treat your clients?

The authorities were incompetent enough to not take care of my parents (aged 67 and 62) through the executive checkup process. My parents were made to wait for long while other walk-in patients were treated. As part of the package, my parents were also supposed to be provided food but they were on empty stomach till 2:00pm, with only an offer for coffee.

It was extremely distressing for them and utter negligence from the authorities.

Paid for a Contrast CT scan but that could not be done due to kidney ailment, later they refused to refund the money back. The central head Sahil began misbehaving with us. He began shouting at us, treating us misreably. He was not at all concerned about my ill husband but was only determined to explain his baseless point. Later after harassing us throughout the day they paid us the amount. I am completely unsupportive of their behavior and harrassment towards the patient and their family members.

Me and husband took the booster shot on 23rd December from Apollo Clinic HSR . They provided us with the vaccine from the expired batch number . All the patients got to know this post the vaccination . Upon asking the admin it was said that they updated the wrong batch no in the cowin site . No further update was provided.

My Name is Anil Kumar De, 76 yrs of age and had given Blood Sample at 08:43 hrs in the morning of 27.11.22. I was to get my Report from WhatsApp No: [protected] in the evening at 19:02 hrs in the evening. I was provided with the USER ID (FNEWOPV504527) and Password (429834) to open my Blood Report after opening the Site www.apolloclinic.com/phr. However, Downloading of Report was not possible. I had wasted almost an hour with the Contact number[protected] in five attempts and the Prompt was that 'we are open from 7 am to 9 pm but none took the call and it appeared that there was none to take the call. Then I had called [protected] and I was advised to collect the Blood report from the New Town Rajarhat Clinic tomorrow in the morning after 8 am.
I am very surprised that there is no service provided to the Patients, particularly to Sr Citizen by Apollos Clinic even after paying 1.5 times the Charges for Blood test (LFT) than what I pay at Fortis Hospital at Noida which gives the Blood Report (LFT) positively in 3 hrs vis-a-vis almost 10 hrs in Kolkata and that too the Report Posted could not be downloaded and no assistance was available even though the System prompted that the Center was open from 7 am to 9 pm.
I request Apollo Clinic to kindly make enquiry and ensure appropriate action to the guilty person, if the investigation held reveals some indiscipline act on some part of the system. I went to apollo clinic arra on22/10/22 for check up by Dr Y Radhakrishna.But unfortunately witnessed a very bad malpractice going on in the clinic. I got my tiken no 69 at 6 am but even at 6 pm in the evening i did not got an opportunity to visit the doctor although the token nos behind me were allowed access.I dont know how the access was done maybe some special references were there or maybe some malpractice going on the hospital.Moreover the attitude of the staff was very bad and rude. Kindly look into the matter and ensure such malpractices are not happening again in a reputed organization.

I have worked in apollo clinic, Port Blair as a consultant doctor. I left the place two months ago and they are not paying my salary. On leaving the place they told me that they will give me the salary after few days as they didn't have the money with them at that time. It has been two months now and they are not paying any salary. They keep delaying and making excuses.
Lately they haven't been responding to emails or phone calls.
I strongly urge all doctors to not join apollo clinic and don't go by the brand apollo. Also it is requested apollo lifestyle to avoid giving franchisee to people who have this kind of behavior.
I want apollo lifestyle limited to look into the matter and help in resolving the issue.
