Sir i think company is a very bad company and all agents of appollo company is a fake commited people because at the time of sale policy they promise to serve us better as they can but the time of claim you ask lots of documents but the i submit all the documents and they ask them to same documents again.
I am NAVDEEP POPLI i have purchase appollo family health policy 1.5 years back in last september i had admitted and treated there is a hospital where decline the cash less policy hospital said me and you can remburssed your amount after discharge...after discharge i submited all the documents what company ask to me after a month they ask me for a same documents again but i submited again. my amount is Rs63000 but till today i did not remburssed my amount from your company. Its means its a fake company according to my experience...all agents do fake commitment at the time of sale of policy...but after that cliet have no follow up by agent for any claim status...i think this mail should help me to remburse my claim amount Was this information helpful? |
