[Resolved]  Apollo Health Insurance — non reimbursement of claim

i took apollo policy in 2012, and before that i had star health policy for 2 years for year i.e.2011 , 2010.i was admitted in kailash hospital noida for stomach pain on 1 & 2 march 2013, reports had renal calculi in additional investigation.now apollo is saying you didnt submitted copy of previous policy,i have scanned & mailed both policies copy to them. but without previous policy new policy cant be issued . its now more than a month but no solution.not getting the reimbursement for rs 8900rs.
