I perchased 2 strips of duphaston 10 mg on 10/09/2022 and filed return application on 12/09/2022 at 1 PM on apollo247 app and also mailed to respective website because my doctor stoped that medicine and prescribed another one on 12/09/2022, my order ID is #[protected] and complaint no. is 1177691. I got madicine delivery from shop no. 3&4, parvati apartment, parvati gaon, parvati paytha pune.411009.
After ordering I used one tablet from one strip on 11/09/2022 but the another one strip is all right so I requested to the authority to return atleast that one strip acording to the policies of that apollo 247 app but that people only making fool me by giving fake promises that the return will done within 2 daysetc. But (today is 07/10/2022) uptill now no any action is taken on my query while I called them regularly one after day, also i had all recordings of their all executives who talked with me . i have medicine bill too which i attached with this mail. and all photos documents /information i provide with this mail.
