I perchased 2 strips of duphaston 10 mg on 10/09/2022 and filed return application on 12/09/2022 at 1 PM on apollo247 app and also mailed to respective website because my doctor stoped that medicine and prescribed another one on 12/09/2022, my order ID is #[protected] and complaint no. is 1177691. I got madicine delivery from shop no. 3&4, parvati apartment, parvati gaon, parvati paytha pune.411009.
After ordering I used one tablet...

Placed order[protected] with apollo 247 as it was showing same day delivery on 12th Jul. Now since then everyday I am getting message with delayed delivery date ealier ti was 13 then 14 now today the message says 16.

Didnt expected such service from a firm like apollo specially when they are dealing in health and medicines.
They dont have an option to cancel the product also.

Need help with this.

I had a consultation with Dr. Vijay Kishore Kondreddy on through Apollo 247 App on 25th May 2022. It's more than 5 days now I have not been delivered with a correct prescription as per doctor's advice even after repeated follow ups with customer care and raising several tickets.
I have paid Rs.1050 for this consultation and after making the payment I am running behind to get a correct prescription relentlessly with no luck. Calling their so called customer care atleast for 10 times and raising tickets, all gone in vain. Customer service department is not at all bothered about customer's problem. After paying 1050 bucks I even could not get a doctor's prescription from Apollo247 till 5 day and had to consult another doctor for my treatment. I have also asked for a refund but they don't bother to reply. Apollo 247 app is only to cheat patients.

Have complained through their helpdesk. But received only auto reply saying that their executive will get in touch, which has not yet happened. Also messaged them though their facebook page. Tried calling helpline. Impossible to get through it.

I made a bull order on 04/28 and till today few of medicine not delivered.

No response, no refund till now.

Very pathetic. We never expected this from Apollo. Learnt a lesson

Please advise me how to file Consumer complaint against Apollo 247. In advertisement updated as delivery of Medicine with in 2 hours, So If they are unable to do then should cancel the order in 2 hours. but order cancelled after 10days.. Because of delay I am unable to take medicine on time. Kindly help me to file a consumer case against Apollo 247.

I had ordered an oxy99 can which includes a mask. I was delivered the can without this mask and I have tried many times to bring this to their notice but Apollo 247 has pathetic customer care, they have bots which keeps marking the tickets as resolved and does nothing else. I sent the screenshot of invoice as well and still nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Had raised ticket numbers #271525 and #290728 but that didn't help as well.

I made a doctor consultation on 26th December 2021.
After payment and consultation, There is NO invoice available.

Upon contacting support, they are sending me false invoice with date as October 11 2021. I was not associated with Apollo247 anytime before december 2021.

They are also not providing support via call. Even after numerous emails and tickets, they are still not sending me correct invoice.br...

Hi Sir, I had medical issue and wanted to booked an appointment after paying 1000/- as consultation fee with Rakesh Kesavan, Podiatrist doctor through apollo247. For 2 appointments initially, I will simply wait on for doctor to join consultation room in the app for hours and there wont be any information provided by apollo247 that doctor cancelled the appointment or something.
Finally after a month I paid for consultation i got the appointment and happened to see doctor. He suggested to take Ultrasound and Xray of my feet and uploaded a prescription on Apollo247 but there is no tablet name mentioned on it.
and also I paid 4000/- to get the scanned reports and uploaded them online to apollo247, it is already morethan a week now there is no response. I tried calling Apollo247 and they gave me a number of Doctor's assistant but they wont respond.
At last I spent 5000/- for no treatment at all with Apollo247. Please take an action again this.
