We are buying a 1.5 Cr apartment in Appasamy builders at Platina.. It is our retirement home. We ask for minor customizations such as different sink or even just a rotatable tap.
The builder is charging extra money, service charges, and these prices are exhorbidant! They are adding service charges, and taxes for everything, with a simple tap replacement costing 10, 000Rs.
What about the tap they were going to provide? Wasn't that taxed? What about the sink we already were to receive? They are refusing to subtract the charges of these items, and are rude over mail, with one liners. This is so frustating. These guys are costing a bomb for these apartments, and they are not having a shred of customer service for people who are spending their life savings on such a house.
