I Have brought a new property from Appaswamy builders. Just before the flat was handed over i noticed profuse leakage in my 8th floor flat ( Building is 12 floors). I have requested several times verbally to attend to it. but there was no prompt action. I have given a written request in May 08. And have followed up with more than 10 E mails. Still the proble persists. Please guide me how to overcome the problem. I have made 100% payment and the flat was handed over to my uncle since i am residing abroad. I have all the E mails & response trail.

I need support on how to proceed. I have luckily all the buyers email ids. Will send out a common mail to all. All that I want is money's worth for such a huge investment. Many times they reply that the finish is within the Tolerance. Who fixes the tolerance. If we compare their Residency Towers Hotel, the flats are finished just 10% of their quality. For them, they do 100% and for others, they least bothered!..
