Bought used Alto from Apple auto pvt Ltd.whitefield. Manager Uma Shankar took the speakers from the car before delivery.I remained silent. Paid extra Rs 1000 for CC promised to be delivered within 3 days.25 days passed neither CC nor smart card or formset given to me, After several visits to the showroom & several request made given only acknowledgement.If we raise our voice manager demands me to return the car to the company.I am really tired of fake promises done by the manager Uma Shankar & his colleague Mr Mani. Somebody Plz help me to get back my documents.
