Bought used Alto from Apple auto pvt Ltd.whitefield. Manager Uma Shankar took the speakers from the car before delivery.I remained silent. Paid extra Rs 1000 for CC promised to be delivered within 3 days.25 days passed neither CC nor smart card or formset given to me, After several visits to the showroom & several request made given only acknowledgement.If we raise our voice manager demands me to return the car to the company.I am really...

We are having the wolkswagon polo reg no.ka 02 mj 8560 send for service in the month of august for minor jerking problem to wolkswagon service centre(apple auto pvt ltd) white field bangalore.. after one and half month also they are not deliverd the vehicle and every day they are telling new resons we are totally frastruated about their service . please take the seviour action about the dealer....
