Green Dust AC distributors HYDERABAD (A.P.) delivered an AC unit Vestar on 26/5/2013 and the same was installed on 27/5/2013. Hardly it worked for 25 days and packed up.

Finally we took this matter to VESTAR service centre on 24th June 13 vide Complaint No.240605.

Here started the Problem. They started questioning rather interrogating us that who was the person installed, what was his name, phone no and his physical features, did he give the installation report and From where you bought etc.

Unfortunately I had no answer. Had I been aware I could have taken his Blood sample for DNA.

However they said that some one would reach us in 48 Hrs. Ever since I have been calling the service people and the shop keeper too. But in vain. Only the replies I received were either they would reach me by evening or next morning. If I call on saturday they would say that, it being saturday no service person can be reached. Frequently they have been saying that their service persons either sick or out of station.

This is the plight of the VESTAR AC.
