[Resolved]  Eurofab India / Uv Water Purifier — Delivered faulty product claiming brand of eureka forbes

I inquired contact number of eurekaforbes dealer in chennai, and the aqua star sales person claiming to be eurekaforbes dealer, convinced us lieing the eurofab water purifier is eurekaforbes brand and sold the UV water purifier. after its installation the product did not even work for a day and the water which came out of it after purification was worse.. we complained and after hard follow up the service engineer visited 3 to 4 times and did nothing, when we requested them to replace the product..

they used high sounding words and hurted us..

could not get a proper solution on this.

need help on this.
