I have purchased the machine on 4.4.2014 till today i have got 3 times problem in filtering when i run the machine more than 12 hours the tank is not filled it was happend previosuly dealer came and rectified now the same problem i informed Aqua starAqua Star RO System.

Delivered faulty product claiming brand of eureka forbes

I inquired contact number of eurekaforbes dealer in chennai, and the aqua star sales person claiming to be eurekaforbes dealer, convinced us lieing the eurofab water purifier is eurekaforbes brand and sold the UV water purifier. after its installation the product did not even work for a day and the water which came out of it after purification was worse.. we complained and after hard follow up the service engineer visited 3 to 4 times...
