Hawkins Cooker — not working

I purchased pressure cooker make of "Hawkins" from Luxmi steel bhandar, bilaspur on 15.10.2009 with 5 year grantee. In nov-2012 it was not working properly so i got repaired from his authorised service center. Now, cooker is not in condition to repair because body of cooker has been too soft (Mulayam). Then, I contact to shop keeper to replace it and he refused to do it.
I am using other cooker of Hawkins make since 20/25 year back but that cooker is fine, i am surprised why this cooker became use-less. It is the matter of investigation that why this cooker has been too soft because Hawkins is a very prestige company of "Home kitchen appliances" and most of ladies are using this make.
In view of above, my submission is that my cooker must be replaced and matter may be investigate for stop further this type mis-happening for best future of company.
