Brought new Prestige Swach Neo 4 burner on 31 May 2023, not even 25 days glass top blasted while preparing breakfast to kids, complaint raised on 25 June 2023 -Jor job no. VIJA[protected] Delight, Its been 8 days no communication on the status, made hundreds of call to customer care and service centre in Tirupati and even tried to call Head office but no response to call much worst than call centre, always service center guys give only one line response waiting for parts from prestige no more information, we are struggling with two kids without stove, i never felt such a big company behave like this, now I am really scared to use, as we lost trust on brand, we need complete replacement or money back ..
