Induction cooktop model no PIC20.0

The induction cooktop Start/Stop button was not working. So a complaint was lodged to customer care. On the next day i. e on 20/06/2025 the representative Sh Arvind Kumar Mandal of TTK Prestige came and resolved the issue. The Service Charges and spare charges were claimed and Paid. I am extremely disappointed with the service experience I’ve had with Prestige Service in Kodaikanal Dindigul district with my gas stove. I have raised a service request more than 25 times, yet the issue still remains unresolved.

The technician who contacted me spoke in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner. He once called just to request the OTP for closing the request and claimed he would visit the following Sunday. However, he never showed up, and no service has been provided to date. Later even when I didn't provide him with my house address, he claimed to have visited it and asserted that it was locked.

Frankly, I did not expect such poor service and unprofessional behavior from a reputed brand like Prestige. It is highly frustrating to receive this level of treatment from an organization known for its quality and customer care.

I request that this matter be addressed immediately and that a proper resolution be provided at the earliest by a responsible technician.

    Prestige food processor not functioning properly

    I have bought Prestige food processor almost 10 months ago from Vijay Sales Ahmedabad. From the same time I have raised 20 times complaint to Prestige Customer centre team But they are internally blaming different teams but not resolving my issue.     I have a product of Prestige Induction Cook-top PIC 20.0 which is not working as there was spark from the product. This incident happened today, i.e., on 20th July 2024 and therefore i am not able to use it. The desirable solution i expect is that i need the servicing of the product within 2-3 days.

      Denying service. Not responding

      I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent purchase of the Prestige Endura Mixer. Despite being marketed as a high-quality kitchen appliance, the product has failed to meet even 40% of its advertised functionality.

      Upon first use, the blade broke, rendering the mixer practically useless. Additionally, it has proven incapable of blending dosa batter or performing basic mixing tasks. The noise it emits is akin to that of a toy, indicating substandard quality and performance.

      Despite numerous attempts to contact Prestige for resolution, I have been unable to reach them. The lack of response from the company has left me frustrated and without a solution to this issue.

        Dear Sir,

        I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior I experienced at the Prestige Gajuwaka Service Center. As a loyal customer and an army veteran, I expected a much higher standard of service from a reputed brand like Prestige.

        I purchased a Prestige mixer from the INCS Visakhapatnam canteen approximately one month ago. Unfortunately, the mixer ceased functioning after just three hours o[censored]se. I promptly took it to the nearest authorized service station in Gajuwaka, providing them with the canteen bills for verification. The staff at the service center instructed me to return in the evening for the repaired mixer. I requested a job card but was told that they would call me instead.

        Despite making four calls that evening, none were answered. After three days of continuous calling with no response, I decided to visit the service center in person. To my dismay, the staff exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and concern. They showed no urgency in addressing my issue and displayed a disrespectful attitude towards customers. Additionally, their personal hygiene was noticeably poor, which further detracted from the overall service experience.

        The service I received from this center was the worst I have ever encountered. Their indifference and rudeness have left me with no choice but to reconsider my loyalty to the Prestige brand. I have shared my negative experience with the canteen manager and posted about it on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to inform others of the substandard service.

        I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues at the Prestige Gajuwaka Service Center. The staff's behavior not only reflects poorly on your brand but also undermines the trust and confidence that customers have in Prestige products.

        I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, including a formal apology and assurance that corrective measures will be taken to improve the service at this center. Please keep me informed of the steps being taken to address my complaint.

          Complaint Attended: 01.April.2024

          I purchased a Prestige gas stove on March 2024 at an authorised prestige showroom at Mogappair in Chennai. I noticed smoke emitting through the handle and side of the stove. Then, I raised a complaint through prestige customer care promptly and a technician attended the issue on April 2024 and addressed the issue as "gas leak through the defective valve and has to be replaced immediately". Still today no issue has been resolved. Now the other burners are starting to trouble and we are facing very critical (gas leak) issue. So I seek immediate replacement.

            Hello, I have purchased this product on 03 June 2023 through Flipkart and it was delivered to me on 9th June 2023. This Induction cooktop is in warranty and Since I have purchased it, it had stopped working 3 times. First 2 times, Prestige sent their technician to repair. But again the product stopped working 3rd time in January 2024. I have registered a complaint with Prestige on January 31st and asked them to repair / replace the product. They sent one technician after my complaint and that technician said that some parts needs to be replaced and he doesn't have it. Till now, there is no response from Prestige on when the product will be repaired / replaced. Kindly help in getting the product replaced as if the consumer durable stops working 83 times within 6-7 months of purchase, there is something wrong with the product itself. And over and above that, Prestige TTK isn't able to get it repaired even after more than 20 days of raising a complain with them. Two individuals arrived, claiming to be from Prestige, and charged me ₹3000 for replacing parts. They left hurriedly without even returning the old parts.                 I Pabitra KumarSahoo, purchased a new chimney from CSD Yelhanka on 08/02/2024 and got it Installed on 12/02/24 through your Technician Mr Kirankumar Mob No [protected]. Installation charge Rs 700/- paid through G-pay, It shows processing at that time. Technician did not accepted that payment and demanded again Rs 700/- cash. So I pay Rs 700/- by cash again. But Next Day on 13/02/24 it shows success payment. On 13/02/24 He came for wall hole and Rs 1500 paid for the wall hole. Regarding Installation all the screen shots along with netbanking statement shown to him. But He did not agree with that G-pay payment. He took two times Installation charge.I reported the matter to the customer care by telephone.But nothing has been done till date.

                    Hi,

                    I have bought Prestige Svachh Hob(4 burners) on April 2nd. Now Auto ignition is not working. I have complaint about it on Jan 5th, 2024 on customer care number. No one called or came to resolved the issue.
                    I have called customer care multiple times and they just say we will escalate. However, the situation is the same.
                    They have given me two other numbers
                    1. Service center number - [protected] - The response I got that it's wrong number.
                    2, Head office number[protected] . Called on this number multiple times. no one is picking up the number.

                    The warranty is of one 1 year.

                        Warm greetings

                        It is sad to note the pathetic performance / condition of your above product. Since the date of purchase, (Invoice No.002147 Date 23.07.2021), my family and I have suffered a lot because of its poor performance. And due to its yellow /red flame, we are forced to replace many of our kitchen utensils / cooking vessels on account of excessive production of carbon.

                        Though I submitted several complaints, your response was very poor and technicians used to come and go and immediately thereafter back to square one, the same old poor condition.

                        Shown above is the latest complaint details and for which no response from any of your offices irrespective of reminder over what's up / toll free number / or otherwise.

                        I urge you to attend to the problem immediately and rectify the issues, else replace the item with a new product, to avoid further skirmishes over this long pending issue.

                          Mixer is within warranty period complaint raised 15days ago but service person said motor has to be changed but no one came to replace for almost for 15days and they merely saying it will be replaced when motor spare available.
                          It's very frustrating and very low quality and worst customer service.
