[Resolved]  jaguar sensor tap — Poor customer service from the service div of Jaguar Pipe fittings

I had done a complaint to Jaguar for my censor tap, which stopped working since 10th august 2013. Tried calling customer service, but not reachable and done online complaint registration no. 155971 dated 12/08/2013. I didn't received any call from the service div of Jaguar until 17th of August and finally I called their Kochi office and requested them to send the service staff without further delay. Finally on 19th August 2013, one of your staff visited (Mr. Mahesh ) and removed the censor kit and box of the pipe and taken for checking. He was not properly trained how to remove the wires and he was not properly trained about the Jaguar products. He was calling the service center for each and every action he had done. Honestly speaking, I can get better local expertise much better than these types of "Jaguar authorised" technicians with no technical product knowledge. "Jaguar" is a Multinational company which iam using since 16 years and the service which i received in Middle East and Europe is far far better. I believe, Jaguar must improve the customer service and include expertise technicians with proper training and product knowledge of Jaguar, else Jaguar may loose your valuable customers very soon. Censor kit and Box with 2 batteries has been taken by the service staff and according to him it may take another one week for technical checking of the product. Iam really upset the way Jaguar is handled my complaint and I need a proper technical check from the expertise from Jaguar asap without any delay. I cannot afford one week delay for a technical checking and already it took one week time period for the visit itself. Service call no. 354545, RTN No. [protected]. 6V batter used for this censor tap cost max Rs 150 to 170 where as Service div of Jaguar is selling it for Rs 900/- tot he customers (which is unacceptable) Pls review the price list and need a solution for such looting from the customers. Kindly review and let me have a solution soon for how can i have my censor tap repaired and return without further delay.
