One of the two Water Heaters (25 lts capacity) leaking for several months.

Every time, the complaint is closed as problem resolved;
but in reality it is persistent.

Please ensure that the problem is really resolved....

This is to inform you that jaguar is a very reputed brand in bathroom fittings but you should accept its the worst in water heater .

Purchased they geyser and in every 6 month the geyser have some or the other issue in it .
Till warranty it was fine but after finishing the warranty period they have charged everytime they visit .
I will never in my life buy a jaguar water heater

We have been regularly facing issue with Jagaur kitchen mixer. This was purchased from Vandana traders Rampur Uttar Pradesh 244901 in 2019Inspite along with other fitting of Kitchen and Bathrooms . Inspite of regular Complaint for same mixer of kitchen.Som time Service technician is visiting for a moment during his presence problem is solved later again same problem is observed.we are not observing any issues in other water...

The technician visited on 01.02.2021 to repair the water geyser, after working for one day only, it has again stopped working.

I have fitted all the sanitary ware for my house from jaguar expecting a good product and after sales service. These products has a warranty of 10 years. Recently one of the wall fixed commode was broken while in warranty. It was told that the required washers for the same has not been fixed. We were not supplied with any washers for fixing of the commodes or the wash basins. These items were installed under the guidance of jaguar representative...

I brought a black color Jaguar kitchen mixer last year. Initially due to my plumber mistake, the black coating from the tap's right value came off. I did not raise any concern then.
But recently even from the neck of the tap and other areas as well coating is coming off. Company claims to give 5 years warranty on the same. But now they are rejecting my request saying that it can not be covered in warranty.

We have recently purchased couple of items from Jaguar dealer in Jaipur, Rajasthan such as WC including Seat cover, WC Tank, Basin, Bath fittings etc.
When these item were opened for installation by our plumber, we really that the WC Seat Cover had a crack which broke while installing. We then raised a complaint for the same.

The company's representative came and checked the product and have raised a job card for the same 2 days back. Yesterday, we got the information that our request for replacement has been rejected citing mishandling. I had tried conveying to the company that we haven't even used or installed the product and it's still in the box and that this crack could be due to either the lack of proper packing or the material quality being subdued or could be due to any mishandling at their end while transportation.
Products being brought from reputed companies like Jaguar are expected to be of highest standards and not come with cracks or crack so easily due to lack of proper packaging. I want the WC seat cover to be replaced by them.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Jaguar kitchen tap that I purchased recently . Unfortunately, the tap has ceased to function properly, and this issue has caused considerable inconvenience to my household.

Despite following all maintenance instructions provided in the user manual, the tap has developed [e.g., a constant drip, low water pressure, or it has completely stopped working]. This problem began approximately 10 days ago, and attempts to troubleshoot based on the manual's guidelines have been unsuccessful.

The kitchen is an essential part of my home, and the functionality of all appliances and fixtures, including the tap, is crucial for our daily activities. The current malfunction has significantly disrupted our routine, and I am concerned about the potential wastage of water and the additional costs incurred.

Therefore, I am reaching out to request urgent assistance to address this issue. I would appreciate it if a representative could contact me at the earliest convenience to discuss the next steps. Whether it requires a repair or a replacement, I trust that Jaguar will uphold its reputation for quality and customer satisfaction by resolving this matter promptly.

My wall mount is leaked from the past 40 Days, and I have raised complaint lot of times at Customer Care, they only provide me reference no. but no one visits to resolve the complain, only they say that our Senior will come. Not expecting this type of behavior from a big company like jaguar.

Water dripping

I bought Jaguar Gyser and installed in my bathroom. After 4months of installation the gyser starting leaking my society plumber found that the leakage is from the inner drum of the gyser which is damage. It was later verified that the only fix is replacement of the gyser. Raised online & offline complaints to Jaguar and even they were approached by the society but no response. Person incharge mobile number [protected] initially called and asked for several documents, I provided all and now even he is not answering my call. Pathetic after sale service from Jaguar.
Request your kind intervention to reslove the issue.

This is to inform you that we bought the following flush systems from Nautiyal Marble - GMS Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand vide invoice no. NM / 2022 - 23/773 on 30th September, 2022...

1. Flvchr 1073c Concealed Body of 1 Flush with HSN/SAC no. 84818020 : 02 pcs

2. Flv Chr 1075nk ExposedPart Kit of 1 Flush 32mm Wit with HSN/SAC no. 84818020 : 02 pcs.

I will clearly like to state that since the time the above flush system has been installed it has only given us trouble. Your service engineers have visited the site several times and are evidently unable to repair the problem or are highly incompetent and or undertrained.

They have assured us several times that they have repaired the faults associated with the flushing system but we have now arrived at a point where it is clearly unusable and of no use to us.

The quality of the product is poor as well as defective and the service engineers are incompetent.

If Jaguar is able to provide such a poor product then I am appalled at their quality, service and product...

I transferred money to him and he said will get material and come But it’s been 5 days he has not come
I called him to check he said it will take 2 days
Now he is not picking calls at all

I am Ex- serviceman and senior citizen
I have purchased purchased above bill said shower panel from your distributor on 12.10 2018
From the beginning I am getting problems often
You can verify it from your service record data how many times I have made complaint and replaced material in my cost
Service person who ever comes claim the charge but didn’t give bill for the service
I am not satisfied it’s quality and I feel that I have been cheated by issuing worse quality of product
Your Pondicherry team even doesn’t have have even a proper technician for the shower panel
We value the Jaguar brand, the name itself got a world standard
But I am very much disappointed for buying this product

Kindly look into this and resolve
Otherwise i have to approach the legal authorities for mental disturbance by supplying poor quality of product

I have ordered an E-Pace jaguar Sept 2021 and was advised I would need to wait 6-9 months for delivery.

It is now 1year 7 months later, and I dont even have a delivery date, never mind the vehicle. Jaguar are continuing to take orders, but are not delivering!!! this needs to stop!

I would like to know when I will receive my vehicle, and I would expect it to be within the next month, even longer will be outrageous.

I have ordered the new vehicle, as i am not interested in a used vehicle. Jaguar Brand needs to step it up.

Please advise details on the delay AND when i can expect delivery?

"Whenever we flush it's water comes flying out." It's been two long years we have been calling on customer support to resolve our problem. In this time many Jaguar representative have visited our house to check the issue but they always say one line - " dekhte hai, karte hai" .., but nothing has been solved so far.
There are total five Jaguar flushes in my house, but only this one flush has problem.

Leakage in all bathroom fittings like koke flus and showers etc
