Apply Pan India — I'm complaining about not refund my money back

Dear Sir/Madam, I filled Up The form To Make Correction In The Pan Card with Taken Number [protected] and also paid the payment of Rs 106.90 Payment Was Successful But e-sign aadhar Authentication Failed. So I want To Get my deducated Money.
