Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 12th April 2025 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      I used NSDL website to update my PAN card and to request for a new PAN card with updated details on 27th Nov 2023 online on NDSL website.

      I got the temporary token number - [protected], and then filled all fields and at the final page went to pay the fee by online payment through Bill Desk and UPI.

      After making the required payment, the amount got deducted from my bank account but when redirecting back to NSDL web site, got the below error message:

      "Your Previous payment request has been cancelled. Your Money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment."

      Failed transaction
      Date: 27/11/2023
      Description: UPI/[protected]/Pay/nsdl.[protected]@hdfc
      Amount: Rs. 106.90

      NSDL please help me in getting my money back.

        Didn't get charges back even after contacting customer care support.
        My Application is not success. When I logged in using temporary token no. This Message is shown - Your Photo File has been archieved. Kindly contact Protean.

          Didn't get my money back after my application is failed. This message pops up when logged in using temporary token number . - Your Photo File has been archieved. Kindly contact Protean.

            I have submitted the application and paid the fees for the application. However did not receive anyacknowledgement number to track the the same. Reason being my aadhaar was not linked with a phone or email address.

              I have applied for e pan card on nsdl website. Now I received my epan card. Now I want to apply for pvc pan card. The site shows not not available on itd master.

                I had done my e-pan to physical PAN card application in NSDL poratl but after the registeration process it came like we are unable to proceed with your online PAN application due to following reason: Mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per PAN application with the details available in UIDAI database. Name/ Gender/ Date of Birth/ Name as per Aadhaar. Kindly visit designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre and submit your PAN application using Biometric (fingerprint) facility. Your Online PAN application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The List of designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre is available at url https://www.tin-nsdl.com/tin-pan-center.html

                What shoud I do now and how I can get the physical PAN card?

                    I submitted a Pan Card application of 25th July 2023 and now I require the new Pan Card number and other details in 2 days at max for completing my job application. How many days will it take for my E-Pan Card and Physical Pan Card to be delivered on the mentioned address? If possible, kindly send me my E-Pan Card in less than two days if possible!

                            I am facing the record(pan) not found in ITD database/invalid issue when I use my pan card number. I can't fix this issue and don't know why this error is showing

                                  On 8th April Saturday 2023, i filled up the form to make a new pan card with token number of [protected] and also paid the payment of
                                  Rs 106.90 payment was successful and money deducted but further pan card process has failed. So i want my deducted money...

                                  I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. after filling in all the required details it took me to the payment page and I have made my payment of Rs. 106.90 using Paytm.
                                  The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time. I am not able to proceed further.

                                      Your e-KYC/e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e- Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
