Applypanonline.com — my pan card is been shown by some problem related to name mismatch

I have applied for pan card change online
But now it is shown that there is mismatch in my name
I m unable to send my documents again online
There is no way to contact them

And my datails are same as the id proofs
Plz help me get the solution bcoz the website doesn't provide any way to contact them
