I applied online for a new pan card for my mother and correction in my pan card through www.applypanonline.com website for pan card. They charged 488 rupees for their service and said to courier the application. one week later I got mail from their service saying my documents r not correct. After this I have been mailing them again and again as per their requirement and each time I get a mail saying sorry these documents r not valid. They don't even mention a contact number to reach them directly. It's sad that such fake sites and companies exist which loot people in the name of doing goverment service. Government should take action against them, they r running a big scam. The address mentioned is Applypanonline.com

C.I.T. Nagar, Chennai – 600035. I am sure this is also fake. I hope someone looks into this matter and the culprits r punished. And please support to provide my refund
