I have applied the pan through applypanonline.com. They have collected the documents and approved by them. Later they have submitted to pan department. They have provided the acknowledgement number in their site g[protected]. When i check the status in utiitsl for the acknowledgement number, it shows as
"application is not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications.". I called the pan help line number, they have told that your agent has to update.
I was trying to get contact details from their website but there is not phone number or mail id.

It has been in same status for more than a month.
Kindly consider this as high and give me the solution. I have paid the amount to applypanonline.com.
