[Resolved]  Applypanonline — fraudster website

I have applied for pan card name change for my sister 21/09/2018. The reference number of the request is[protected]. Later when i came to know that i have to send all the details by regular mail after taking printout etc. I put a request to cancel the order. But in their site, the application form to cancel + refund is not working. Only some other form was working. Then i raised a request to cancel the request and provide me with a refund. But even after escalating it with this (Reference number ticket 129512), there is no reaction from them.

What i want is the refund for my request.
