Appsdaily Mobile Insurance Company — Related to delayed services

Sir i have sent my moblie under accidental damage claim. Which is authorised claim made through appsdaily authorised service centre. As per your company claims that mobile will be repaired or replaced within 10 days but its not happening in 99% of cases you people are taking more than months and in few cases even after months case is not resolved. This is against law sir in such cases what customer can do legaly can we go to cunsumer court against your company or we have to wait for your response
