payment done in 6 milestones: total was done 2000 dollar, with agreed contract send in january 2016
project failed by not proper project management, missing programmer and total time loss and unwilling to serve customer demands, unable to finish project and unable to finish programming because no programmer or programmer but in other project, or no programmer there because no payment for them: because NO delivery of mobile app in ANDROID NOR IN IOS VERSION TILL Today 9th january 2017, one year waiting and fighting with this company for progress
Project baccoon:
Lawyer is contacted and will start the case against this cheating company trying to make an mobile app since 1 year and always finds excuses do not progress thats why I demand my full money back, with 1 year loss of not making this project, further the interest rates which implies as well as the mental stress running after this company which looses all the time staff or employee because they dont pay them so they go to other companies and second take all the knowledge of customers project ideas and the whole project went total loss. I therefore charge the whole amount, plus the mental disturbance for 1 year, the opportunity costs which implies of running a such kind project on mobile apps in at least for countries with a total turn over of 3000 dollars per month minimum.
Appsquadz not resolved, actually never resolved!!! still now 9th january 2017 so total 1 year now.
1) Consumer complained story unresolved: first consumer complaint on september 2016, no again I have to make a consumer complaint which makes clear THAT THE FIRST COMPLAINT DIDNT HELP AT ALL, and the company actually got worse.
first consumer complaint was done in september 2016, after this company DIDNT work on my baccoon project for more than 2 month leaving this project completely in the sand, I made a lot of pressure through other companies and than they did like they restarted but they didnt.
2) now comes the second consumer complaint and several to come:
I wrote a consumer complained in september about their worse quality management and about their terrible project management so after a while the vice president Prashant Kumar Singh asked me on skype pleaes put it on resolved we will do all what you need, they contact us everyday. So I put it on resolved but AFTER THAT TIME ACTUALLY AGAIN THEY DIDNT „R E S O L V E“ anything further, and I SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT BECAUSE AND RESTARTED AGAIN THAT THEY DIDNT WORK ON THAT WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FINISH OFF THE PROJECT, so it was wrong to take it off from the consumer complained because they continued to do NOTHING, and again i lost money and time. So never take something off the consumer complaint instead write more about it UNLESS YOU HAVE A FINISHED PRODCUT IN YOUR HAND, so I DONT HAVE FINISHED PRODUCT AND I WAS NICE TO THEM but they still after 2 months taken off from consumer complaint they haven't delivered nor have they mentioned WHEN !!! it will BE delivered NO DATES NO MENTIONING ABOUT it.
3)Appsquadz not sending app, not sending code not sending anything.
I asked for money back also not sending, so this company is a „cheating“ company, be aware they work till they „get all the money“ from you than they stop working.
This is a total scam company, the should have delivered the app since 6 months, than I started to write a consumer complaint, than they wrote me, please take it off from the consumer complaint, we get so many emails from them (consumer complaint), we promise we will finish it, but actually they have nothing done, so THEY CONTINUED to CHEAT ME. This is a total scam compnany.
4) MAIN ISSUE NOT DELIVERED PRODUCT, no code, no mobile apps (iphone, android)
-NOT SENDING APP
-Promised iphone lost the code
-Promised to send me send the android app didnt send it.
-promised to send me the IOS code. They say they lost the CODE.
-they wanted to compensate it with bills which doesnt exist or they proclaim of not being paid, so again the tried to cheat me with bills I might not have paid, so I showed them all my bill I paid, than they were quiete.
5)Management of Appsquadz: Chakravant Agrawal and Prahsant Kumar Singh
the project management only exisited the first 3-4 months than they stopped it as soon as the whole money was received, never pay all unless you have a code in your hand but the total project needed about 5-7 months but all people left and „bad quality people“ took over and „so called management“ don't care about such things, they just want to see your money thats it, if the product „really function“ or works, this is not the business of the management, but the programmer sees if he doesnt receive salary than he thinks why should i work for them so he also leaves, than you sit with a management there and cheap labour which can't produce anything, but they have already your money but they won't give you any money back but insist that they will send you good stuff, which never happens.
6)I have to send this now to all mobile platforms to inform all customers what they actually do.
7) The full story with Appsquadz management team and project team:
I started with an a flea market mobile app in 2015 in december with appsquadz, in the beginning they were very friendly and helped a lot. The first months I was happy with them since there were women very efficient with the project management.
Deliverables were sent in jan, feb, march and april
deliverables were the first versions of a unfinished mobile app, which consists of at least 6-7 milestones.
So first milestones they did, next ones till march, april they send the mobile app PREVERSION WITHOUTH CODE!!! to me and but the final product was never delivered.
But than suddenly in may-september 2015, 4 employee's (chitra pal, nupur sharma and anshul sharma, muqeem) also business developer dissappeared which worked in the project left this company and it became a total mess. They stopped working on my project and they just didnt contacted me anymore. The project was put down. Only with a lot of my effort and making pressure to the boss via appfutura (mobile app order aggreator platform and project management website in spain, where they get their orders) they seemingly restarted, but actually they never did properly.
8) Project management of Appsquadz:
in the beginning as long as there was money open it was running good, as long as there were chitra pal and nupur sharma working on this top very nice they informed me and send the deliverables. But in India or most companies in India, when employees dont get their salaries what Appsquadz did, the good people leave and than the whole thing for a customer becomes a difficult thing, because nobody feels responsible and they promised from the start good project management but after the good people left things became worse and worse.
I had one project management guy called „muqeem“, he wrote a excel sheet with wrong dates you could see that he was totally uneducated and messed up the dates never delivered on time and when I talked on the phone with him, I could see that he was a cheap labour worker, I guess he took the job because he knows he will not get good paid but he might get reputation. So quality management doesnt exist in this appsquadz company, He was a total mess, so mostly in indian companies when the management has wrong ideas about salaries than good people leave and you as a customer you get cheap labour working with NO QUALITY, because with them you can do everything but EVEN THIS GUY LEFT THE COMPANY.
9) Milestones:
the first 3-4 milestones were delivered but the product was still in a bad shape and you needed to accomplish further work to clean off the bugs, wrong programming, wrong slides, or wrong workflow in an mobile app and wrong programming. It was 40% of work done but still long way to go. When you pay all milestones and than the product is till without quality they stop work and you have to run after them than people leave the company which happened in my case somebody else took over and it was a mess. So quality never arrived but they have written ISO TOP QUALITY on their website, so to check such a company what they have done is your first priority. If you want to sit in a boat which sinks and stinks, welcome...
10) Employees of Appsquadz:
We started first with a nice team (chitra and noopur) but they left after the project was almost to 40% done. I got 5 preversion of mobile app deliverables (without code only on the phone you get preversion delivered to see how it looks) but all full of bugs and the quality had to be improved so all the time the quality assistant had to check what the programmers did. This was done but suddenly Nupur she left and all became more worse and quality DECREASED SO FAST THAT I HAD TO CONSIDER STARTING A CASE WITH THEM ALREADY IN SEPTEMBER, so difficult and so much mental tension because they didnt reply for 2 months than suddenly I had to make pressure than they replied but didnt do anything which you can see that there was any progress at all for 4 months. Nobody took care about the quality so it became uncontrollable what kind of mobile app they produce and which code or workflow inside was. So I got another manager called muqeem he delivered the app forgeting „one screen“ i couldnt believe it and the former employee in this appsquadz company checked the app and said this is total LOW quality and it has to be improved much and implementing some wrong workflows as well. It took me more time to controll and pay an external company to get off the wrong stuff they produce.
11) Freelancers and employee salaries not paid by appsquadz:
There are several employees in this company with a strange contract, so they take this freelancers tell them about the big world and which career they can make but never pay them till they leave. Or they have workers or employees which work on 5 project at the same time and mix up all the stuff or things get lost so they dont know to whom belongs which stuff or app or CODE. So I have seen several people complaining that they didnt get the salary or the payment they were supposed to get so when a freelancer or employee see that the management is cheating than they leave and this is all for the worse of quality and the clients since they thing they are a team working fine on your project and you realize either the team has dissolved or all are gone because of either no salary paid or freelancers not paid or they keep them promise that the will get paid but they don't and who is responsible for that THE MANAGEMENT SO IT IS A TOP DOWN PROCESS and if the Management is cheating than the whole company will suffer and of course the CLIENT as well but he gets the suffering later after the good employees left. Either they have totall insufficiency in the company, they to much projects or have no stuff or cant make the stuff what clients want, so it is a total scam what they do with clients.
12)Quality Management:
Quality stays with a company as long as there are good workers on it. As soon as the team is changing and somebody else takes over because either the employee left or the management cant give you promise that the team stays as it was, you will loose quality. So in my case the quality got worse because the good people left and the wrong people took over but the management didn't care. They just collec offers and work them off, if the quality is not fine doesn't matter as long as we do something for the customer. When you have bad quality managers you need to double check all and actually you pay more than you paid for the total project, so don't save money with wrong company changing people changing team and loosing quality because people move to much in that company. So in my case I had about 5 project people at the end I dont even know who is responsible so i contacted the Vice president and they also start to have „no quality“ since they keep you in the loop telling you they work on it but they actually don't . Than they always promise you some date but they never keep any date.
13) Dates and Deliverables:
So far I have not received any finished product after 1 year and I work with this nightmare company about 1 year and 5 days, after all this mess, I realize never work with indian companies because so many things in this companies happen, people leave, deliverables never on time, terrible project management, only headaches not one but several ones, only promises, no finished final product.
I got 5 unfinished apk's till may 2016 which means 5 months already and than all went to a nightmare because people left, and management didnt listen. After lots of effort they restarted but never closed anything proper.
14) unfinshed project NO DELIVERABLES AT ALL AFTER 1 year:
-They promised deliverables but didnt deliver
-write a lot on skype just to keep client happy and „engaged“
-always promise in future that they will
-and propose solutions which are from the beginning a cheating technique
-try to deal with you with so called unpaid bill which dont exist
-try to tell you they will do but again you wait 2-3months
- no code delivered but promised, no final mobile app IOS, Android NEVER DELIVERED SINCE 1 year
15) Business Development Manager:
he sold the project but after may 2016 he also „dissappeared“ he never answered again on the phone or on skype he sold the project for the company but than he didnt wanted to have anything with this company anymore. So you as a company and client you ask yourself everybody is leaving and running away what is wrong with this company. I found out that they either dont pay or pay late or pay never. Their management is terrible and their cost accounting as well, since they are to cheap they dont make much profit so they are forced to cheat eiter the client or othe labour.
They send me one more apk and than it was a „total nightmare“.
16) they lost the IOS code of my project baccoon:
NOW THE LOST the iphone version of the app telling their computer crashed so they want to compensate it with „socalled bills“ which were actually paid, so they wanted to tell me that I didnt pay some bills but than I proofed it and they stopped telling it anymore.
They wanted me to make me believe that I didnt pay some bills so this should be compensated with the missing or lost iphone version they lost on their computers.
All is provable with MY PAYPAL account showing all transaction to this company.
So finally I proofed that they were wrong and that all bills were paid so they seemingly dont want to pay back the money I paid them. What to speak about the interest rate I will charge them now.
I have lost one year with them and I still don't have any app and code ready. So I still have to run after them to make pressure to get my things maybe, you make pressure again they do nothing. So there is only one solution you must go to lawyer and go to court with them, which I did now.
So we will go to legal court if this is not done proper meaning I should get back the half so 50% of the money I spent and the app code + php code, if not we will go to legal court. So this is how appsquadz is actually treating their customers with ETERNAL WAITING.
17) Code received says the management:they say they received internally the code, but never delivered it to me.
The management Mister Prashant Kumar Singh writes my that he has received the Mobile App code and the PHP code as well but why he is not delivering it to me. I am still waiting, so that means it is again a story, either they lost it or they sold it or they actually never had the code just telling it to the customer that they have it. So in fact I never RECEIVED A SINGLE PIECE OF CODE FROM THEM, and now he tells that he has the code.
Again Cheating!!! just to keep the client friendly and in the loop that he might think that he get the CODE, again a nightmare to MAYBE receive the CODE, which they will not do.
18) MAIN DISADVANTAGES with APPSQUADZ:
-they never pay their so called staff, which are anyway freelancers which you can get on the market without the hazzle of this cheating company
-no deliverables for 6 months
-no project management running proper
-no security if you will get out an app
-no security if they still have some employees since most of them were running off
-so who is doing your app, you dont know because staff changing every 4 weeks, „run off people“
-project management team is changing every 3-5 weeks
-programmer goes on marriage and comes back 3-5 weeks later and you dont know if he continues
-no allocation of new programmers is done.
-company tells lies about almost everything
-you will end up going to court and than they say „oohh sorry we are bankrupt but we give you some chairs and tables“.
-try to not talking even the their website promises and is „shiny and glamourous „
- i didnt see a single PIECE OF APP CODE FOR 8 MONTHS, cheating company always promises never deliver, after conversation with them over 6 months.
They tell you yes we will do this we will do that, than they find problem issues to solve problem on app and tell you that for about 2-3 months than they stop again work, so never pay them unless you have a piece of code in your hand.
19) Sendbox api problem:
they scamed me telling that they have payment solution problem integration you can do this e this in about a 1-2f hours they kept telling me that for sometime „yes, you know we have contacted the QA of this payment solution company to solve this issue, this message they wrote me 4 weeks long all the same time. Cheating again!!! Just to keep the client in a loop

The last terrible thing happened Mr Prasant Kumar Singh the overcheater we have got your code but WE HAVE A PROBLEM you must help us, so I said what: „Yes we lost the IOS CODE but we deliver you the Android code, I promise you, so we compensate this with old bills, I said which old bills all of them are paid, so he went to the accounting and tried to find old bills, he came up with some cheated bills and said this is UNPAID, so I showed him actually all of them with proof that this bills were all paid.“

22) They say always ASAP:
This is a total cheating company, why because they haven't delivered any full app since almost a year, second they never put dates on every call or every email or skype message, so Prasant Kumar Singh one of them always writes asap, ' which means „as soon as possible“ he wrote me that in october than in november and than on 2 december and on 29th it was still ASAP.
So this scam company is a total nightmare from beginning to end and I am not exaggerating, they stopped going proactive to customers you have to run after your money and app, and they tell you many lies that they will finish on some dates, but never stick to that what they say.
So far i have received one app which is have ready and still they tell me we will work on it and than the main boss chandrakant agrawal says wait Prasant his working on it but he never tells you how long you have to wait maybe another year.
I have enough of them and we will sort this out through a lawyer.
I definitely not recommand to work with them at all. So even if they have a wonderful website and pretend to have project management they dont have it.
23) BE CAREFUL DONT WORK WITH THEM.
They will tell you about the beautiful sky but you will get nothing.
