I bought the iphone 5s and also took the appsyouneed insurance with him. My phone is break due to accidental physical damage. And i register claim against appsyouneed insurance pvt ltd. Then i creat cin no and upload all required document on the website and my claim approved but then they cannot contact me or email send to me. I conatct there toll free number but cannot help me.
